They scheduled a drop off for me right away and I was able to get all that I wanted. Now that's what you call convenience and great customer service. When I received my stuff, it was all neatly folded in large plastic bags and select shirts were put on hangers. I have laundry in my building, so can't comment on that aspect, but have brought dry cleaning and minor alterations to them with pleasant results. It's a family operated place, and so far all have been very friendly and accommodating. Best of all they have reasonable pricing for dry cleaning and do a good job. I regularly have to bring suit jackets for cleaning and when you're cleaning several items it can add up quickly! Winter coat (wool, long) was $10. Suit jackets $6 each, and resewing a torn inner pocket- $9. Usual time expectation for cleanings is 3-4 days without rush, and the tailoring is about a week. I posted some photos, one of which has the hours but its wicked hard to read. They closed at 8pm Monday, and I think that's about the norm. When in doubt, just call. Anyway, I rarely review, but am happy to have found a place nearby that can be relied upon that won't break the bank!
