I thought I'd try them again. Big mistake. They are not terrible, but their presser(s) do not do a good job.. I had to bring back a linen jacket which was pressed but wrinkled at all the seams. I left it for them to redo, and when I returned, one of the sleeves had stiff ridges in the fabric, which they first tried to pass off as just the backing of the linen, but of course that wasn't true since the lumen had no backing and was just linen. So the front desk person looked at the other sleeve, and that one did not have the ridges. She was kind enough to bring it to the back and have them fix that so that at least the two sleeves matched. I do not recommend this place at all. There must be better cleaners in Temecula. I now see why they get 2.5 stars.
