Again, just straight-up alcoholism is not treated at all, they just give you naltrexone and trazadone and tell you to "sleep it off" until you feel well enough to get down on your knees and pray to God. If you're a religious nut, then go for it. otherwise, if you're looking for something besides God, look elsewhere.

I had been there one week living off-site tho…read moreattending full time and they handed me a hand written "bill" saying I iwed Them $8000 and needed to make arrangements to make payments to them immediately ... this was before even submitting charges to my insurance company. I was there for a week in 11/2025. Now in 06/2026, they have sent me bills for $17k and $30k despite only have submitted charges to my insurance company (and I have very GOOD insurance!). For $3750 for which payment portion is less than $200. At this time, I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint. I Advised my insurance conpany past november that this company was fraudulent (and also let ICR know that I'd done so which may be why they haven't forwarded additional charges to my ins co.). ICR is disorganized and tries to fill days with so called gym classes and art classes since they don't have enough valid therapists then charge exorbitant fees for these wasted hours ... it's all designed to create full 8 hour days. Almost All patients are given exact same medications no matter what their diagnoses are. It's crazy! PLEASE DO TOURSELVES A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE WHETHER ITS FOR MENTAL HEALTH OR SUBSTABCE ABUSE!!!! They deserve zero stars!!!

She attempted to provide counsel without speaking to both parents. My daughter is now 25 and thankfully we have repaired our relationship and the damage done by this evil women and those that enabled her at SPencer Psychology to act on behalf of one parent and not the other.
