I originally had a bit of difficulty booking online, so I reached out to the provided number, and received a response almost instantly! We booked two simultaneous "Self Love" treatments as well as blow outs to complete the service. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of. Our estheticians, Nicole & Cassie, were incredibly warm and accommodating. The service itself consisted of an amazing lymphatic facial, as well as a mind-blowing circulatory scalp treatment. The products they used were gentle and all natural, and you could tell the staff were incredibly experienced! While I would love to selfishly keep this place a secret for myself, it deserves all the HYPE. Do yourself a favor a book here. I felt like I walked in haggard and was only met with smiles and greetings. I'm well into my second trimester and Larissa was very supportive as I got in and out of chairs. I gave minimal guidance as to what I wanted and admit that I'm not super picky. My hair grows pretty quickly and I've had some pretty strange cuts in my life. However, Larissa took my 3 asks and followed them to give me a look that made me feel refreshed and cute: curtain bangs, layers, and rounded in the back. Getting compliments already. Moreover, maturity level has a lot to do with it. Location: Salon is located near the Bay Club, the location is beautiful and plenty to do afterwards, but not worth it when you leave the salon with results that you clearly advised you did not want to see. Parking: Metered parking, somewhat tight due to gym; however, the salon does provide you a pass. Front desk person: Woman that answers the phone provides the recommendation on who to see based on the description that you give her; altough I'm not sure she is the right person so make those determinations. Color: Failed results at all times, kept saying that it's a process, yet she never invested in achieving the color as we discussed. I felt low and disregarded every single time I left the salon. I paid over $1000 to not obtain the results in each session. When I shared my concerns with her and advised that the incorrect color was used, she became distant, ghosted me on text and was not honest about when she was in the office. I called the salon and the woman at the front told me she was there. I feel cheated and hurt. There is no salon manager, no one that cares or that you can speak to about your concerns. Payments are done directly to the stylist.

To her credit, she was able to arrange for another stylist, Erik to take the appointment so I would not have to reschedule. She even booked the replacement appointment on my behalf. Before the appointment, I specifically asked Rachel to have the new stylist honor the price she had quoted me. She assured me that she would pass along that information to the new stylist. When it came time to pay, I was shocked to learn that Erik charged approximately 40% more than the original quoted price. At no point before or during the appointment was I informed that his pricing was different, despite my explicit request that the original quote be honored. Had I been told upfront about the higher price, I could have made an informed decision before proceeding. Instead, I only found out after the service was completed and payment was due. The lack of transparency regarding pricing left me feeling misled and frustrated. I understand that different stylists may have different rates, but clear communication about pricing changes is essential, especially when an appointment is reassigned by the salon at the last minute. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression.
