Not a good place if you're crunch for time, after your car comes out you may be waiting 30 minutes before any dries it.

You guys are crazy! I took my car to this place one time and when it was finished the machine they use put scratch marks all on my car. When asked about it, the answer I got was oh these are pencil scratches and it looks like a kid wrote on your car. A). I dont have kids B). I do not live around kids C). Im narcissistic and I literally do an eye level check of my car each and every time I get in it. After dealing with that turkey, I asked to speak to the manager. In all honesty, the manager was nice and made one of the guys take some "special solution" and get it off. Luckily, thank you God, it came off. So they get 1 star for having a nice Manager and that the long line scratch marks came off my car. read more

I've came here about 10 times hoping it would be better the next time but everytime the car is still so filthy after they washed it. I left the car at the wash and told them I was going to the marshalls right next to the car wash but in reality i was hiding and watching what they do to the car if i'm not here. After it left the washing machine area they are supposed to wipe it down and clean the inside but instead they did NOTHING. The main reason I came was for the inside for the juice my little sisters spilled all over the mats and it was still all filthy. When I asked the guy closest to me i'd the car was finished and he was looking around for the guy who was supposed to wash it but couldn't find him then proceeded to say to me "yeah it's finished". He said it in a way where he was waiting for me to deny it being finished because he knew he was lying. This place is absolutely trash. Do not waste your money here. read more

The outside of my car was clean but they missed a lot when they vacuumed out my car. I felt like it to forever for them to dry my car and detail my tires. They really were moving at a turtle pace and it wasn't even that busy. I had to ask the lady at the window for my air fresher... I don't think she was going to give it to me if I didn't say anything. This car was service is TRASH! So many bodies just standing around and not doing anything. My car was finished washing and sat in the sun for about 30 mins before someone even came to clean and dry my car. JULIAN was great! He took care of me and my car and told me not to worry. How did my car come out STILL DIRTY!?! HOW???? But it wasn't cool how so many people were standing around and he was doing 2-3 cars at ONE time. I don't think I would get my car washed here ever again. I paid $24.95 for my was and was "satisfied" but not ECSTATIC. My car was lazily done on the inside by a female worker. Julian did everything all over! Praises to him! Not enough workers to do these jobs and they're half doing the jobs. There were people who waited longer than me but because I'm so vocal, I demanded my car be completed. Other customers were complaining about details of their cars not doing done correctly. I gave Julian a nice tip and left. Never again...oh and make sure you don't have any errands to run or you're in a rush. I spend ONE HOUR there, WAITING!!! Another stand by customer volunteered to finish my car and guess what the company let him do it!! I have taken the time to give this Car Wash multiple opportunities to right wrongs. My complaint is that there are simply to many excuses made for properly cleaning my vehicle. For example, my roof is never dried and as soon as I pull off, water from the roof trickles down various parts of my vehicle. The inside cleaning job is half assed, and there are always smudges on my windows. Speed is the priority over quality and to pay $25 to have to go home and do it the right way deserves this low rating. I attempted to have my car cleaned after a holiday road trip, and the bugs on my grill, windows, and doors weren't washed off. The cleaners wiped over them and when I asked for them to clean it properly, they handed me the rag. I suggest going somewhere else. read more

I was a platinum VIP for 3 years. At first it was great..as many washes as i wanted anytime. But, i feel after three years a loyalty price should kick in or a special line for those who pay VIP..but it wasnt. I have to wait in the same long lines as everyone else and the wash isnt all that great. Many times my car was still dirty after the wash and water spots from being left unattended. The lady that cleans the inside does a subpar job..in fact its terrible. Thee are a few there that do a good job but not alot. Needless to say cancelled my VIP today. CONSUMER BEWARE! I have been using this car wash since 2005 and have been pleased 90% of the time. Today they caused me to decide never to use them again. They washed my car - I always get the Platinum - and it came out with a hazy thick film on the passenger side and they also put two scratches in the passenger rear door. I requested the manager and there was nothing but immediate and emphatic denials that they did anything, even before I was able to explain the issue. They do not take pride in what they do and it is just 'get them in and get them out- and hopefully they do not see all the issues. Having two cars and using them at least once a month on both - today was it. I am now in search of a new place, or will do it myself. Their systems are getting old or their solutions have changed or not mixed right, but I am sure the chemicals that would up on my car will do it more damage than it should --- and their apparent carelessness left a permanent mark on my vehicle. read more

I went to this car wash for the first time today. I was a bit confused about where the entrance was since I entered the shopping center near LA Fitness. Their menu of services is hard to read. There was no communication. I got out of the car and was not instructed where to go and had to go back to retrieve my receipt. With certain car washes you can get a free air freshener, although I purchased one of those washes I still had to ask for it. The fumes from the products they use gave me a headache. You have to stand outside and wait for them to wipe down your car. I stood there for about 20 mins. My car is clean =). read more

This place is great if you speak Spanish fluently. I took my car there last week. As it was my first time there, I had no idea where to order my wash or who to pay. The scene was a mad house with guys running everywhere working on cars (yes it was busy). They acted inconvenienced by my not knowing where to pay, and not understanding half of what they were saying. As for the wash.. very sub par. I had recently removed my toddler's car seat from the back seat and the seat was covered in crumbs. The guys doing the vacuuming didn't even bother to look back there. What did they vacuum? The wash is a standard drive through machine. I paid for the gold wash and didn't get the edge dressing on my plastic trim (part of the package). The final touch came when they coated my wheels, dripping with tire dressing, which of course was flung all over the sides of my car when I drove away. This is the worst car wash ever! I went here because I needed a quick wash on my brand new lexus. Three cars came out after mine and they started drying those cars while my car was still sitting there. I had to go and ask someone that was just standing around to start. Then they told me the car was ready but I was watching them and never seen them touch the back of the car. So I had to ask them to dry the back and decided to walk around the car while I was waiting. The big spot of blood from a bug was still on the front hood of the car along with plenty of bugs and dirt on the backs of the mirror. My car is white so how did you miss that? To top it off the tint on the passenger side window (which was perfectly fine before) has two rips in it. Not to mention I noticed several scratches that were not there before.They lie about who the manager is and they do a horrible job of cleaning. I will not be patronizing this business anymore. I should have stopped going a long time ago with my older car that they partially ripped the trimming off of and then told me they dont care about my car because they wash new cars everyday. read more

I went for the first time last Saturday and I'll never go back. The man receiving the cars at the vacuum area was very rude and condescending, and I still had dog hair on my seats/dog food kibbles on the back seat after they "vacuumed." They threw my floor mats back in without any regard to whether that is the position they are supposed to be in, and I still have crud on my front bumper. Love this car wash!!!!!!!!! So much better then all the other ones I have been 2. I like that its self serve and that it has everything that I need right there in one spot. This car wash is different from the rest, because it has a dryer on it that goes over your whole car, not like the ones where you drive out and it dries half your car off. It also has a self wash that you can do it yourself if you want. But most of all it has a vending machine that you can get what you need, and whatever you cant find, they have a Super Walmart across the parking lot for other things that you may need. What is cool is that you can go to the bottom of the parking lot and wipe your car down and put those special touches on it. Prices are reasonable not like other places that charge 20 bucks and you get a quick wipe down. These prices are reasonable and a good quality wash. I actually was here Sunday and came back Tuesday to bring someone else. I recommend if you want a nice wash, this is the place to go. read more

ABSOLUTE WORST CAR WASH IN THE DMV!!!!!!! Avoid this Car Wash at all costs. Extremely poor service. Your car may be left to spot dry and smeared mirrors. Employees can barely speak English or at least act like they don't when they are asked to redo areas that were missed. Today, i spoke to one of the managers responsible for drying and he was in the middle of a conversation. I respectfully excused myself and proceeded to ask for assistance but instead of listening to what I had to say, he passed me off to another employee (standing near by with towel and cleaning supplies in hand) who he described as a manager...then after asking for clarification the employee became an assistant manager. There was no interest in speaking with me to resolve the poor service. I went to the cashier to leave a formal complaint (writing on receipt paper is not formal) for the manager, as well as, gave him (Mr. Rabi) a call to rectify the matter. I've been going to this place for 8 years and never had a problem. But today, I had some words with the owner regarding his unprofessionalism! This nasty human being tried to belittle me by yelling at me because I removed "my keys" from "my vehicle". I removed my keys because I was leaving my vehicle unattended. After your car goes through the washer, your car is parked in an open lot, whereas anybody could get in your car and drive off. So why would I leave my keys in the car if I don't have eyes on it? Where I'm from that's a carjackers dream. Just basic common sense to me. So I checked him for his unprofessionalism, but instead of just apologizing he wanted to argue like a high school girl. I bought the gold service for my SUV. The young man that did the finishing was extremely slow and by the time he finished, I noticed that one of my mats was missing. Of course most of the other vehicles behind me were long gone. I brought it immediately to the attention of another employee and the guy went to the area where it was vacuumed to see if a mat was lying around. He then explained what happened to the supervisor in the back. The guy immediately shouted that it wasn't there and that was it. There was no apology or anything. I refused to act as ignorant as he did but I did let him know that he was out of line and that I arrived with 4 mats and expected to leave with 4. He didn't look around, check the trash, offer to replace it or even refund the service. I had to go to the cashier and request to be contacted by the owner who I'm still waiting to hear back from. I may change my rating based on how the owner handles but meanwhile, buyer beware! Increased to 3 stars...service is still slow and you have to supervise the rim cleaning. The owner called and resolved the issue by replacing my mats which I now have in my SUV. I would have liked a free wash included too for the inconvenience but I guess the economy is rough. read more

This place is okay, but not a five star car wash. The price is good, but you get what you pay for. Yeah, it is fast service, but they do not clean thoroughly. Your car is rushed through the line like it's Chipotle, they don't explain much of their services to you, they just point at the board of payment options and tell you to pay up front. So I have been using this car wash about 5-6 times a month. (different cars). They do a generally great job with car wash! Especially because I can request them to go over anything that was missed, and They will take extra instructions and i do tip well for the extras. Love love the boys and girls that do the hard work! 5 stars for them! Would have given 5 stars to this business...however, the Cashier is a thief! Today was the second time the lady tried to steal from me. First time, I gave her a $50, asking for change so I could tip the guys, she shorted me $20! Didnt catch it till much later, and decided to pay more attention...Today, I paid for a $18 wash with $100 bill, This lady tries to give me $24 in change instead of $82, she thrusts me a $20 with 4 $1 bills folded in, thinking that I would just shove it in my pocket without looking! smh. Handed it right back after counting and told her she was short. She took it and claims oh I thought the $1's where $20's!!! Who does that? We all know registers are sectioned by bill denominations! First time here today. My truck still looked dirty afterwards. Vacuuming is done first and was not satisfactory at all. The interior carpet was not clean, and the mats were still dirty. The wash is an automatic wash, wax and dry process. After the car wash, someone will come by and wipe down the car exterior, interior, and windows. The glass cleaning was satisfactory. The interior cleaning was sub-standard. Lots of spots were missed. Whatever they wiped off the interior ended up on the floor mats and carpet... I will definitely not be returning to this location for car cleaning service. read more

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE! I came here to get my car detailed inside and out. Paid over $100 for everything. They told me it would take 2 hours....almost 4 hours later they were still cleaning it. As I sat by my car and watched them clean it, I saw a guy open a cleaning bottle and POUR large amounts of cleaner all over my upholstery seats! He did not squirt, he poured. By the time he told me my car was finished, I got in my car to turn it on and my stereo had no sound. And at other times he was at level 1 volume and it was screeching like it was at level 45. My car is only 2 years old, never has had ANY problems and never been to the shop except for oil changes. I was angry. I kept asking what they did to it, but the cleaners who barely speak english kept saying "I did not do anything, i just clean." After about 20 minutes of them ignoring me I demanded to talk to the owner, who was not there. No one wanted to assist me. Finally they got him on the phone and he proceeded to tell me that my warranty would fix it and it was probably a small problem. I demanded a refund and for them to pay the damages because I knew it would be expensive. He would not give me a refund and would not provide me with a phone number and said it wasn't his problem. After about 10 minutes on the phone, he HUNG UP ON ME. I called the cops to make a statement and then left. The next 3 days my seats were DRENCHED and wouldn't dry. My car began to smell like a rotten animal from the wet cleaning products they poured everywhere on my seats. There was still lots of dirt and things not cleaned after the fact as well. I got an estimate which cost me $110 to see what was wrong with my car and they said there was EXTENSIVE water damage to my amplifier and that in order to get it fixed, I would have to replace it for $1,200!!!! I have been calling the car wash every day numerous times a day to contact the owner and no one wants to give me his number and he has not returned my many phone calls and messages. Not to mention the woman who keeps answering the car wash phone line who can't speak english keeps hanging up on me when I demand to speak to the owner. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. If the owner sees this, Mr. Bell, I will see you in court in due time. read more

Briefly this is my story. When I arrived, they had two lines, unfortunately I waited in the slow one, but this is normal, then I went straight to pay, and I tried to leave a tip, but they said that I had to give this tip straight to the people who worked on my car. After they finished and I gave my tip, I checked my car, when ooohhhh surprise, my hand brake was broken so I asked to whom I could talk to about this issue, so apparently they have 10 managers working at the same time "of course nobody wanted speak with me", so I had to find someone to speak to over and over, and then exactly what I expected happened. A person showed up giving all employees ordered to say they are the supervisor, and they obviously all said my hand brake was already broken, and that my car was old and ugly. And in conclusion they didn't care to fix this issue saying it probably was already broken before I dropped my car off, which isn't true. So they didn't do anything to fix the issue and to my surprise today I also notices that my antenna had been ripped off. So I warn any and all of you to not use this business for anything and get your care washed somewhere else. This was a very frustrating experience and I don't with it on anyone. read more
