The staff was Amazing especially since it was crowded and a bit chaotic. I came to see Olivia Dean and there was merch stands as soon as you entered on both sides. Olivia's team also had a pop up before and during the show . The ambiance was clean & I found it easy to get around to find my seat. After the show was over it was surprisingly very organized to get us out.

The crowd was super excited and energetic but the MSG staff handled everything very efficiently! There were so many merch stands, great food options, and fun photo opps available. All lines moved very quickly and everyone there was so kind. I sat in section 117, row 22 and had an amazing view. I definitely recommend a show at MSG--such an awesome bucket list item!

Seats were comfortable and the sound was good, for the most part. Although it wasn't an issue for us, I could imagine that seeing the artists properly could be difficult for patrons seated higher up. We were puzzled at why the (only one btw) screen above the stage had promotion for the company bringing the show and other visuals rather than showing the performers so that those farther away could have a better view. It's understood that this may have been a choice by the folks putting on the event. However, the venue is large enough that more than one screen could be helpful-then one could have whatever promotion or visuals the artist or supporting team favors and the other(s) could show the performance. There were also a couple instances of mic screech, but not a big deal. Of course food/drinks were event priced and the parking lots in the area were $30-$40, again event priced. But, there are a variety of dining options in close proximity, and it's a short walk to NJ transit. The crowd at our concert was good vibes, and the staff we encountered were all cool and helpful.

Prudential Center is an indoor concert / sports arena in Newark, NJ. This is the home arena for the…read moreNJ Devils (Hockey Team) & we were there in April 2026 to attend the NJ Devils vs. Ottawa Senators Hockey Game. Before the game, Prudential Center hosted Fan Fest at 4pm in their outdoor lot area (Championship Plaza). There were van / truck vendors giving out NJ Devils Swag, fans were able to play games, engage in other activities & hear the live band play good music. Once we headed into Prudential Center, patrons were able to purchase food & enjoy activities from numerous vendors throughout this spacious facility. Upon entry, Prudential Center gave the first 9,000 fans a "Fan" Shirsey (T-Shirt Style Jersey) commemorating the Final Season of the "Jersey" Jersey (boy, is it comfortable). Courtesy of GEICO, from 5:30pm - 7pm, fans were able to purchase $1 hotdogs from specific food vendors (limit was 4 per person). As this was my 1st time going to a hockey game, I have to say it was electric. There are no fans like sports fans & hockey fans are something else - lol. NJ Devils vs. Ottawa Senators was a great game. As hockey is a 60-Minute game split into 3 20-Minute periods, the NJ Devils Entertainment Team kept the crowd upbeat (even when they were frustrated w/ some of the NJ Devils hockey players & were yelling from their seats) throughput breaks & intermission(s). We were able to ride the Zamboni (so much fun) & to see the NJ Devils players "backstage" before they headed back to the hockey rink. The dopest part was when NJ Devils #13 Nico Hischier scored the winning goal, leading the NJ Devils to beat the Ottawa Senators! There are a few activations around but the most popular was the Bank of America charm bracelet. That is found when you walk in to the left of the stadium. The line does get long, so I'd suggest that if you really want it, head there first. There were a handful of other activations that gave sunglasses, lip balm, sunscreen etc. Stadium was so big and clean. Lots and lots of room to walk since they set the venue up to watch matches on screens. Easy walk from Harrison stop in NJ. I didnt drive so can't speak on the driving situation. Double check what you can bring as there are definitely restrictions if you want to avoid paying $15 to check in.

On entering, we were directed to a gate (D) on one side of the building, only to walk back to the other when inside to access the ONE (???) pit entrance. People are being corralled and bottlenecked continuously. Expect 30 minutes from the parking lot. 2. Main corridor is lined with porta-potties. No bathrooms. 3. I never found any merch for the bands. 4. Bars are not equipped with an appropriate amount of staff. 20-minute line for a $15 beer. This place disappointed. It is clearly not designed as a concert venue (i.e., cash grab) and will avoid this place in the future for any show, especially considering the high ticket costs.

It lasted about an hour and they make you play a few different games that keep everything interesting. The owner and his nephew were extremely nice and helpful. After laser tag, we had a chance to enjoy the 7D motion theater (can fit up to 8 people at a time) which was also a blast. Outside of laser tag and the theater, they have multiple VR game sets there with different games for you to play. I am already itching to return to this establishment again.

I looked up where there was one at and found out they had one in the Harmon Meadows plaza in Secaucus. This location has a special place in my past since I had many fun nights there when I was in my 20's. We used to go to Houlihan's and hang out in that plaza with friends very often. Enough with my reminiscing, let's get back to the review. I found this theater quite nice and entertaining. It's not that I stopped watching movies but I got too caught up in life and forgot how much fun it was to just kick back and enjoy a good movie. Well the movie I saw was The Odyssey which has gotten some notoriety in political media so I decided to see it. I won't tell you anything about the it but I will tell you that I sat through close to a three hour movie and didn't even think about getting up until it was over. It was truly intense, fantastic and one of the most enjoyable movies I've seen in a while. I will likely go to the theater more often again.

I notified an attendant and was told toilet paper would be added immediately. Two hours later, the stalls were still empty and dirty. The theater seats are in horrible condition with the vinyl pealing off. (See pictures) One of our recliners was broken and hung crooked when fully open. The men's bathroom was also disgusting and a clear health code violation with broken urinals and flooded urine water left all over the floor and toilets filled with urine. The theater did not have adequate bathroom facilities clean and available consumers despite being notified. I notified the manager, Hailey, as this violates health code as the theater sells food and is required to have a specific amount of functioning toilets for guests. We will not be coming back. This place has fallen into disrepair and is gross. DO BETTER REGAL!
