Prior to this incident, I would've given this place 5 stars. I have been coming here since 2021 and…read moreI've never had an issue with their service or my glasses and their prices are fair. I had an appointment in late April, placed my son & I's glasses order & received the first week of May. My glasses were not as expected. The transition was not placed in the correct frame. I called right away & their was no solution offered. It was the end of the day, so I understood. I attempted to contact the manager, Amanda, for over two weeks after this before making contact. She agrees to order the corrected lenses & NEVER discussed pricing so I'm assuming their going to make their wrong, right. Nope. Now, fast forward to yesterday, I went to pick up the replacement lenses. Amanda was not there. I should've waited for Amanda, but I was already there and I assumed it was going to be a better experience. Wrong. The employee, I believe Mayeli (short, Hispanic female with glasses), helps me. And I absolutely HATED the replacement lenses. They did not look good on my frame. She asks me THREE times with an attitude "so do you want them or not?!". I was baffled. The alternative was to pay an additional $70 to keep the transition in my original frame after I was already inconvenienced. This place is no longer worth the hassle & clearly do not value making things right when THEY screw up. Beware.

Their name couldn't be farther from the truth. I brought in a pair of vintage frames to be set with…read moremy prescription. Everything went fine until the day when I arrived to pick them up. They were a little out of adjustment so the employee said they can adjust them, after a minute she came back to me with a pair of broken frames. I have never been the type of person to lash out at someone for a mistake and I didn't. But then I was offered the really crappy deal of picking out a pair of their horrible looking frames for $50 or pick out the more expensive frames and I would have to pay the difference. Long story short; if they break your frames on purpose or accident they will screw you by either telling you to buy one of their frames or take the refund of $30 for the lens. I decided to take the $30 refund and I'll never be going back to those thieves.

After numerous unsuccessful attempts to secure a appointment with my previous doctor, I opted to…read moresee Dr. Pham. Her practice is located inside Walmart's - N. Davis Road location. Dr. Pham exceeded my expectation. She thoroughly examined my eyesight for eyeglass and contact lenses prescription. And performed a dilated eye examination. Dr. Pham thoroughly explained her findings and recommendations. The eye examination was a little over an hour long. I'm pleased with the professional care and service provided by Dr. Pham and her assistant during my visit.

Alrighty, I waited a while before writing this review. My appointment was back in May…read more I have to be honest I've never had an vision appointment inside a Walmart before. I happened to come here out of convince. Dr. Pham was really nice. However, she wasn't very mindful of timing. I've let her know I had a hard stop at 12, because I needed to leave to get to work on time. I've let her know my hard stop was at 12. She wanted to do a bunch of tests on me, which took a lot longer than what I scheduled for. At 12:05pm, we finished our first round of tests, and she wanted to do more. I said no, I had a hard stop. It was already 12:05pm. She seemed kind of pushy about me taking the second around of tests, not matter at what costs. The more you tests, the more you bill I guess. So I called into Walmart to stock up on contacts, and apparently they don't take orders over the phone. Also they don't provide one an extra pair of contacts to hold you over, till you receive them. I had to call over to Dr. Pham's office to see if they can get a spare. It's $25 for the spare. AND they don't even have my exact prescription. She' definitely nickel & dime her clients. I'm definitely over it to be honest, and will be switching providers ASAP. I'm just disappointed that the customer service isn't great to be honest.

We purchased a new Apple watch for my Grandson and upgraded our daughter's Internet service for their house. The next day after our purchased, nI was receiving a lot of AT&T texts and voice calls regarding my recent purchased. At first, I thought they were spams but I was not sure. I called the store and one of the employees gave me her private number, so I can send her the questioned texts and voicemails calls. She explained to me that they were spams and gave me the reasons why they were spams. She told me to block the numbers. She also checked my At&T account to make sure everything was valid and safe. I felt that she took an extra mile to help me. Will I go to AT&T store again in the future: Definitely YES!
