The examiners and assistants were nice and not many questions was really needed for me to ask. Even when I said "no" to additional tests during the eye exam (costs more money), I was proceeded to the next thing without any questions. As long as you ask questions for things you are confused about, from me experience you will get a straightforward answer. I even has some nice small talk with one of the assistants.

She agrees to order the corrected lenses & NEVER discussed pricing so I'm assuming their going to make their wrong, right. Nope. Now, fast forward to yesterday, I went to pick up the replacement lenses. Amanda was not there. I should've waited for Amanda, but I was already there and I assumed it was going to be a better experience. Wrong. The employee, I believe Mayeli (short, Hispanic female with glasses), helps me. And I absolutely HATED the replacement lenses. They did not look good on my frame. She asks me THREE times with an attitude "so do you want them or not?!". I was baffled. The alternative was to pay an additional $70 to keep the transition in my original frame after I was already inconvenienced. This place is no longer worth the hassle & clearly do not value making things right when THEY screw up. Beware.
