They said I didn't follow post op procedures, which is not true. One arm looks great, the other awful. I cut a slit in the bottom of my arm garment, well below my elbow, where it was so tight around my lower arm muscle that my hands were going numb. They tried to tell me that was the reason my whole upper arm is messed up, even though the other arm is fine. They tried to convince me my messed up arm was actually fine and I must have body dysmorphia to think it is't. Only after I presented them with another Drs review of the work (which also confirmed it wasn't my fault) would they consider fixing it. She then did a fat transfer, but the tissue in my arm seems to be still so damaged from the liposuction (a year and a half later), that the fat transfer didn't take. I still have one liposuction wound that won't heal, a year and a half later, it still is scabbed. The other wound is deeply scarred on that arm, although the okay arm healed right away and the scars disappeared. Of course the office says I must have some kind of picking disorder. Everything, my fault. Of course when the office was selling the procedure they said they would laser any scars, which they didn't follow-through on. Now when I write them, telling them the fat procedure didn't take, for 3 weeks now I've been writing and sending photos, and I've been ghosted, no one writes me back. You may think that I must have gotten rude, but I tried to always be kind, I just wanted them to help and tell me what to expect with my healing and what was normal and what wasn't. If you ask AI what is wrong with my arm, it says, ask your Dr. Well, mine won't talk to me after a fat transfer for a liposuction procedure she botched, so what do I do? See another Dr? But Dr. Chung has $10,000 of my money, won't help me, won't talk to me and won't refund me so that I can get help from someone else. She has done both physical and deep psychological damage.

I switched from/stopped going to a previous dentist because it was too far away and used up too much of a day just for a routine appointment. Over the past year, I've had three major dental incidents, resolved amazingly effectively by Dr. Chau. The first two incidents involved lots of pain. In both cases, Dr Chau made time to see me quickly. Also in both cases, she resolved the problem quickly, permanently and relatively painlessly. The third incident mercifully did not involve pain. It involved restoring one of my front teeth -- it now looks better than new. Dr. Chau is a magician. She has invested significantly in technology for the benefit of patients. For instance, cleaning involves an ultrasound system that is more effective and more pleasant than the old scritch, scritch, scritch method. She also uses digital x-rays that expose the patient to much less radiation and produce images immediately, saving the patient time waiting in the chair while film is developed. The tooth restoration involved curing the bonding material with ultraviolet light. Near the ceiling, Dr. Chau has installed flat-screen monitors that she sometimes uses to show images to discuss issues and treatment options with patients. I've found that being involved in this process in this way has built my trust and confidence in Dr. Chau. When the monitors are not showing x-rays of teeth, etc., they display gently cycling images of orchids to create a calm and relaxing mood. Dr. Chau also employs some low tech, yet thoughtful, measures, such as large dark glasses so you don't end up staring into bright lights. Dr. Chau's staff is invariably friendly and very professional. They often go beyond their normal duties. For instance, at the last cleaning, the hygienist discussed my brushing technique, and suggested a brushing technique that would be more effective. I look forward to being Dr. Chau's patient for years to come. If you are looking for a dentist, please check her out.

I typically get non-surgical lip enhancement (aka: filler for my lips)- primarily for my non-existent top lip & annoyingly crooked smile (what we notice always bothers us- even if others don't) and don't judge me - I don't ever judge YOU. If you're looking for someone who actually knows what they are doing then I HIGHLY recommend Laura Kimberley, RN/BSN of Esthetics Center of New England. Her title is advanced nurse injector/owner and I immediately connected with her personally and professionally. She is highly professional yet also really fun and very friendly- I HIGHLY recommend Laura if you're looking for any type of 'injection'! It took me about an hour to get to this part of MA from my home in Rhode Island. When I walked in- I was immediately put at ease (these sort of places can make you nervous because what if they make a mistake & they work primarily on word of mouth- my friend Deanna suggested I go here- and I'm glad she did). Within the first five minutes I KNEW Laura was highly intelligent as her paperwork (few pages I had to fill out) genuinely reflected what 'filler' really is/does/represents. She was extremely knowledgeable about the brands (Restalyne, Juvaderm, etc., and she primarily specializes in lip correction saying that around 75% of her clients need some type of correction. She told me that she could tell I had filler done before (without my mention) as it had moved and that the person who did my last injections- practically ruined my Cupid's bow! Most medical spas have doctors on site who have extremely high fees and genuinely have no idea what they are doing, I've had a dermatologist PCNS do them and a doctor and they both did not know what to do regarding my lips- whereas Laura immediately knew exactly what to do! This is my third time I've gotten filler and I've never once been asked about smoking (which apparently is a big no-no before injections) or my skin type and if I've recently gone tanning or been in the sun. I was then asked about cold sores which if you've ever gotten them- you know that pain/injury can cause them- so if you're being stuck by a bunch of different needles then your chance of getting a cold sore highly increases and if you get a prescription for Valtrex (yes it's used for genital herpes AND cold sores) before your appointment and take it that day- you're chance of getting a cold sore decreases by almost 95%! I knew the information about the cold sores but I had no idea you were not supposed to smoke or ran prior to the injections. I LOVED the way my lips came out! She more or less corrected them (as they were extremely crooked) and I'll be returning in 3 weeks to get them enhanced a bit more. Laura TRULY is an EXPERT on non-surgical procedures - face lifts, lip enhancement/correction/filler, and her prices are great ! I don't care if this place was 1 hour or 2 hours away- as I will never go to anyone else beside Laura Kimberley! If you are hesitant/weary or considering or are thinking about a non-surgical procedure - specifically an injectable- then pay Laura a visit- you will feel comfortable within minutes and the results speak for themselves!!! I know that if you like her IG Page- she takes off $$ from your total. I'm completely satisfied and the picture shows what they look like (RIGHT after) so they have gone down significantly but I will definitely post an updated picture when I return at the end of the month! She actually numbed me on two different visits and I bailed out. She is so very patient and kind.     The woman working here were so rude and degrading to me and my friend. I have never been treated…read morelike this in a store before - we left shocked and upset. While shopping one of the employees kept asking us if we were ready to check out yet, clearly trying to rush us and insinuating we should leave the store. She was very persistent and it felt hostile. I could not figure out why she wanted us to leave so badly. At one point an employee asked my friend if she could hold one of the products she was carrying at the front desk, practically grabbing it out of her hand - which was a blatant suggestion that we were intending to steel the makeup. I'm a Kindergarten teacher and my friend works a corporate job. We're both 26. I was dressed in pajama pants and my friend was dressed casually, which is the only reason I can imagine that these employees treated us as less than and clearly wanted us gone. But I've been to designer stores in the Hamptons dressed super casually, and I've always been treated with respect. Who do these women think they are? I'm a good paying customer who was looking to buy makeup, and I'm shocked at how hostile and disrespectful these two older women employees were to us.

I first went to this store several years ago when we first moved to Wellesley; there were multiple salespeople milling about and talking to each other. When I walked through the door, they looked at me, and then looked away and kept talking. I am not someone who needs help in a cosmetic/skin store so I let it slide, but was surprised that not one of them greeted me. I went to get the product I needed (La Mer moisturizer); there was none on the shelf. I walked up to a sales person, who still ignored me, finally said, "Excuse me?" and a woman turned around. I asked if they had any of the La Mer in the storage drawers, and she shrugged and said, 'Whatever we have is out." Then promptly turned back around to her conversation. Keep in mind, this is a $375 dollar moisturizer and for what its worth, Im had just gotten off work and was still in a suit. I left, and as I walked out the door all I could wonder was my god, if this was my experience how do these people treat customers who aren't dressed well and buying extravagant skin creams. I did not go back for two years. Today, I ran out of a product I needed and the online shipping options were terrible. I knew it was carried at this store, and still debated whether I would rather go-without than give them any business. I decided that maybe I should give them a second chance. When I walked in, same experience. At least 3 employees, all looked up then looked away. One was on her phone, scrolling through. I will note that again, the products were not well stocked. I grabbed what I needed and walked straight to the register, where I waited.....and waited.... and waited. Finally, a woman looked at me and said, "Do you need to check out?" What else would I be doing?!?!?!?! She then rang up my purchase, did not make eye contact once, put it in a bag, and handed it to me without a word. She did not greet me, she did not thank me, she did not make eye contact with me. I could not have been more of an inconvenience to them. Overall, I have to say that this place has given me two of the absolute oddest shopping experiences I have ever had. It goes beyond bad....its just weird. I literally have had consistently nicer experiences at the DMV than this store.

The Groupon must have been really popular, as I had to book about a month and half out after purchasing the mani/pedi, no big deal! I booked a Sunday appointment for 4:15pm. I got there and was surprised to see that there was only one employee and one customer. I waited about 15 minutes before I was seen. Overall, the mani/pedi was great but it was a little awkward. After the other customer left it was just me and the one employee and it was dead silent. No music, no TV, no talking. I guess in a way it was relaxing. The salon itself could use a good cleaning. They have hair stations but it doesn't look like they have been used in months as they were piled high with stuff. The whole salon was packed with stuff and it was dusty. It lacked any sort of organization and needed a good cleaning. I probably won't go back, as I usually like my salons to be a little cleaner. If the front of the house is dirty can you imagine what goes on behind close doors? Do not use the photo on Yelp as a reference point. The place DOES NOT look like that.
