I was told that everything was figured out later to receive some calls and voicemails about how they made a mistake and had to revise when I had already mailed out what they previously said was settled. The employees are nice and the lady helping me was sweet. For this year's tax season, I am going somewhere a little more affordable but I have constantly been receiving calls about scheduling an appointment. They will bombard you to go back to them of course because of the money. My tax advisor there even scheduled an appointment for me without my consent and that was a complete no on my end. Please do not pressure your paying customers to do anything. This is definitely one of the better H&R Blocks hence why I am giving it a 3 star. It just comes down to what you need support wise with your taxes but please remember, this is a sales service for them. Do not be afraid to walk out or end your session if they tell you the price in the very beginning and it is not what you are willing to pay.
