The care and compassion from the doctor and his NP at the time was great! I don't usually write reviews, but today decided that Dr. Levinson deserved a shoutout for how happy I STILL am with the results. Just had my eyes checked for the first time in a few years (moved out of state so can't follow with him anymore) and my astigmatism is returning a bit which I was told would happen but overall vision is still 20/20. At the young age of 47, just need to start using readers! So very happy that I spent the money 18 years ago and invested in LASIK surgery and trusted Dr. Levinson. It was a good experience then and I am still happy now. If you are considering LASIK surgery, this is who you should go with.

The office space had lots of natural light with big windows & plenty of parking. The receptionist was friendly & helpful. I've seen both Dr. Pennington MD (Ophthalmologist) & Dr. Rocken OD (Optometrist). Dr.P handles surgeries & specializes in LASIK, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration & Diabetic Eye treatments just to name a few. Dr. Rocken focuses on personalized eye health & care, like eye exams & treating eye problems. Dr. Rocken is fluent in English & Spanish too. Both doctors were awesome & easy to talk to. They were timely & explained everything clearly as well.

Well at age 47, after years of wearing contacts and glasses, I finally made the decision to get custom wave form lasik with monovision. The procedure performed by Dr. Hines could not have gone better. After giving me my "courage cocktail", the procedure took maybe 45 minutes in total. it was pretty freaky, but not scary. I asked Dr Hines how many surgeries like this he had done and he said "40,000". Ok, not his first rodeo. When I left the chair to go meet my friend, with my fancy steampunk goggles and all, I could already tell I could see better! I watched TV that night (in my goggles) and woke up the next day seeing perfectly- I don't need ANY correction for near or farsightedness- NO reading glasses necessary! They have the most up-to-date equipment (Dr. Stuart Lewis loves his toys!). I have never had a problem with billing or experienced overcharging. Since a good friend had her cataracts removed recently by Dr. Richheimer and highly recommended him, I decided to schedule an evaluation appointment with him. Everything from scheduling my appointment to the exam went smoothly and I was particularly impressed by Dr. R. Not only was he friendly and engaging during the exam, he did not try to upsell the lens, he indicated that the standard lens would be fine.
