At any rate I entered the Lion's Den of customers looking for 4th of July bargains and behold they had solid soft knit Polo shirts selling for $59 from $125 and they had my size and color that I liked. It's really annoying - management please address this! Not appropriate to keep ppl waiting for sake of waiting. Not efficient and upsetting. People in line are leaving too because of the frustration. It's the opposite of customer service, the staff is doing things that's convenient and easiest for them instead of for the customers. Change the policy of not letting people in, at least allow 25 ppl or something... it looks bad when your store is empty and you are forcing ppl to wait outside!
