I was a first time buyer looking for a income property. I found shannon on yelp after reading all her wonderful reviews I gave her a call and told her my situation. When I say she went all out SHE REALLY WENT ALL OUT FOR ME.Not only did she make sure I knew and fully understood every step of the paper work. The property I now have was a very difficult transaction, originally priced at 500k by the sellers the appraiser priced it too low at 408k and ended up going to the property 3 times because shannon went all the way to the top and had every single person she thought could help us out and eventually had the appraiser start over. The report remained the same unfortunately but shannon worked the numbers and created a solution where the sellers and the bank could agree on 450k AND I didn't have to pay higher then my goal down payment of 75k, with a very reasonable interest rate considering the rates were raising due to the presidential election. Even after that fiasco, we thought we were finally out of the weeds then my dad/coborrower ended up having a damn judgment on his credit and we were really pressed for time because by this time the transaction had taken MONTHS and the sellers were getting anxious so shannon contacted her lawyer friend to help us out and she was also calling the judgement office everyday to check on the process to get it satisfied in time for escrow to close.
