Its a small waiting room that has a big screen TV for those who are waiting as drivers for those having procedures done and are not allowed to drive home. The receptionist is very pleasant, professional, and efficient. My wait time was very minimal for my pre-paperwork surgery prep. Once inside, a nurse greets you and demonstrates how to put on the proper surgical outfit; gown, hat, slippers. After escorting you to a sterile exam station, vitals are taken, and questions about making sure you are fully aware of the procedure as well as marking the correct limb. The surgeon arrives and goes over the game plan which provides confidence, and allows your feedback on the type of technique used, and what happens after each stage of the surgery. The anesthesiologist visits next to make sure you will receive the correct mixture depending on medical history, prior experiences, and their role during the procedure. After the procedure, another nurse preps for your questions as well as helps you regain your faculties before you are allowed to leave. This was one of the best surgical experiences I have been through. This is a 5 star review.

The nursing staff on the recovery floor were eager to help us learn how to take care of our first baby, as we are pretty much clueless! And, and many people noted to us, the food was very good. The only recommendation I would have is for some more proactive accommodations for the dads/support people who stay with the new mom and baby. Totally get that the mom and baby are the patients, but little things like having two towels in the bathroom instead of one, would go a long way in making their extended stay easier too.

The front desk repeatedly failed to provide my insurance company with the correct forms, forcing me into an exhausting back-and-forth between the insurance provider and the clinic. As a patient, I was left to manage problems that should have been handled competently by the office staff. Second, my experience with the billing department was equally troubling. Although I was making consistent weekly payments, I was told that I was not paying the remaining balance quickly enough. I was given an ultimatum: either pay the full balance immediately or they would stop providing my medically necessary injections. Holding medical treatment hostage despite active payment arrangements is both unethical and distressing for a patient. Another serious issue involved a clear bait-and-switch. I was led to believe that my required medical injection would be provided for a $15 fee. As soon as I paid the fee, they applied it toward my outstanding balance instead and then denied me the injection, directly contradicting what I had been told. Finally, after completing bloodwork, I was left completely without communication or explanation regarding my results. I called multiple times and left messages that went unanswered. Instead of receiving my results, I was sent a final notice for payment, stating that if I did not pay, the account would be sent to collections. I left a message clearly stating that I was more than willing to pay once my bloodwork results were explained to me--but once again, I received no response. Overall, this has been a deeply disappointing experience marked by poor communication, billing pressure, and a lack of basic patient care and accountability. Lack of communication regarding bloodwork results: After completing my blood panel, I received no follow-up or explanation of the results. Despite calling multiple times and leaving messages, I was ignored. Told Carmen about this. Been going there for 20 years and if it weren't for Carmen, my entire family would stop going to Bellevue Family Practice in Bellevue. My goal was to gain clarity on my condition, as I previously felt I was not receiving clear answers--only recommendations for procedures--despite the impact this injury has on my ability to perform my job. The check-in process was efficient and professional. After being called back, I was weighed and taken to an evaluation room. Approximately ten minutes later, a nurse practitioner entered. She was friendly and took the time to ask detailed questions about the incident. She conducted an evaluation and asked whether my original provider had performed an X-ray of my hand or only a visual assessment. When I explained that only a visual evaluation had been done, she expressed concern that imaging had not been completed. She also stated that, based on her review of my chart, I did not have carpal tunnel syndrome but instead may have a rheumatoid autoimmune condition. This was new information to me and had not previously been communicated by my original specialist. I did note that my primary care provider at Methodist Hospital had once mentioned the possibility of an autoimmune issue but had not confirmed a diagnosis. The nurse practitioner indicated she would step out to conduct further research and return with additional information. Approximately fifteen minutes later, Dr. Jeffrey Tiedeman entered the room. He asked questions that I had already addressed and referenced my visit to the emergency room due to loss of feeling in my right hand. At that point, the experience shifted. He examined my hands and stated that an X-ray was needed to confirm a carpal tunnel diagnosis. I asked whether this could be performed during my visit, and he instructed me to follow up with my current provider instead. I explained that my current provider had not recommended or ordered an X-ray. I asked again for assistance, and my request was declined. It became clear to me that my concerns were not being fully addressed, and I did not feel supported in obtaining answers about my condition. Both the doctor and nurse practitioner then left the room without explanation and did not return. I waited approximately fifteen minutes before realizing the visit had concluded without closure, guidance, or next steps. This experience was disappointing, as I sought a second opinion to better understand my condition and receive appropriate direction for treatment. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through did not meet those expectations.
