Joe, the owner, came to pick up my laundry at my house, free of charge, being that I live in Woodland. I don't know if he charges, if you live out of the area. They charge by the pound, which they weigh at their place of business. Before leaving, Joe, gave me an approximate day of when my laundered clothes would be ready. Joe communicated via text with any questions and/or updates he had for me. I was able to do the same. They had my laundry washed and immaculately folded back to me in two days! Joe, came back to my home to deliver my clothes. They arrived in three securely tied up clear plastic bags. My clean clothes smelled amazing! The total charge was $60, which I felt was a reasonable amount for 30lbs. of clothes. This service was well worth it! Next time I need to have my laundry done, I'll definitely call up Joe at Yolo Laundry. I highly recommend them. Thank you Joe, and staff.

Once something gets spilled on the clothes a little water and some spray and wash is spritzed onto the dirty spots and then thrown into a plastic bag. The moment our clothes are almost all gone then we stop into the laundrymat and do a couple loads of wash. Florin Launderland for the most part is very clean and the wash machines are cleaned out and seem to be maintain pretty well. Our clothes are never torn to pieces and the dryers don't fry them so we were happy washing and drying our clothes in route from Yuba City to next destination. We have stopped here several times over the years during our summer vacations.

The place is kept VERY clean. The lady that was maintaining the laundromat was here since we arrived around 7:40pm on a Saturday. She was meticulously cleaning every individual dryer with a powerful vacuum and wasn't cutting any corners. She was very helpful and gave us lots of useful tips. Explained to us that if we get the app and leave a review, that we'd be credited one free wash and I believe it was $5 for leaving a Yelp review. I asked if they had a sink for me to wash my hands and she unlocked the employees only restroom for me. I don't think it's open to patrons though, which is unfortunate. They start closing off one side around 8:15pm so you only have the other side plus the dryers until they close at 10pm. Reloading the card was a little annoying since we weren't sure how much we'd need as we didn't want to overload, but taking a quick look at how much each machine would cost and predicting how many you'd need to use would help.

At a recent trip. there are 3 machines numbered 13,14,15 with the same card readers. I used my debit card twice on one machine and once on the other two but it kept saying network error. my husband then used his card on all the machines as well, we were thinking maybe it was my card. his didn't work either and kept saying network error. after multiple attempts we ended up taking our clothes out and moving to different machines. about two minutes and before paying for the new machines. both my husband and I get alerts from our banks and see we had been charged multiple times each. keep in mind this was around 6:15am, there's no workers there that early. we tried calling the store and knocking on the doors but no one was there to assist. we still had to do laundry so we ended up paying for the new machines which those didn't have issues. come to check our statements after, I was charged $20 and my husband was charged $15. I tried calling the store and left multiple voice mails but never got a response. After speaking with other customers that same day, some actually informed me this has happened to them so they just bring cash. moving forward i will be bringing cash and i still do love the location and cleanliness of this laundromat but I do believe these machines need to be checked so other people don't lose out money.
