She talked me through the whole procedure and I was able to see the doctor right away. My back was in really bad shape. Dr. Reed talked me through each steps I would need to recover. He and Dr. Hood were exceptional at describing the steps they were taking to make me feel at ease. Everything from X-ray to nerve sensors, they showed diagrams and physically on the body where adjustments needed to be made. After regularly making adjustments, I actually felt better then I did before I was in the accident!!! Years later, I still rely on Reed chiropractic. The staff is top notch and very welcoming. I just got my boyfriend to go and it has helped him a lot also he feels so much better even though it is a drive for us both but I would not change to a different chiropractic place. I also been having problems with my jaw popping and Dr. Hood adjusted it for me and it has stopped popping and has been so much easier eating and talking I thought it was a weird question but he said he could adjust it and I was all for it lol. The first thing I noticed was that I could schedule an appointment on the business website but I do want to caution others that the doctor still takes patients on a first come first serve basis. I would still recommend that you schedule an appointment online because I had a situation where I wanted to have an adjustment just prior to a vacation and so I scheduled an appointment to the day before I was leaving for my vacation and the evening before I received a text message directly from the Chiropractor, Dr. Troy, that something came up and he would not be able to open his clinic the day of my appointment. I explained I was very disappointed because my hip was out and I was going to be going out of town on vacation but I would try to get in to see another chiropractor by my home. He expressed concern and even reached out to me the next morning via text to make sure that I could get an appointment with another chiropractor. Now for the capabilities of Dr Troy. I have been to quite a few different chiropractors and I have to say he has to be the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He listens to symptoms and what your experience with chiropractors have been in the past and uses that in his adjustments with you. I am grateful for the cost of his services and the location. Referrals are golden, however we are often limited to the network of our medical carriers. The cost can be astronomical and the duration of treatment is undefined and hard to determine for a budget. Dr Heath was an unknown name from a provider list given to me by HR. He happened to be one of the closest to my home and by far the kindest and most accommodating. I was absolutely delighted when I met him. He took the time to understand my pain and ensure I felt safe and comfortable with his experience and methods. He genuinely cared. I'm very happy with his treatments - not only do I feel better but I am moving better. Not only that but he tells me the goal is to get to a point I don't need to come back to him. He fixed my pectoral issues in 2 adjustment visits. My wife who is 7 months pregnant had headaches and trouble breathing, and everytime she sees him she instantly feels better. He is super responsive and very flexible. That's a major plus for us and our schedules. What I really like, and is refreshing, is the simplicity of the process and the knowledge base that Dr. Nemanic possess. The idiot Doctor Frank and his wife, him especially "allowed" me xrays after multiple requests by me. Denied me for over a year - he said to save me money!!! I need double hip replacement. He refused to speak to me immediately to give me the results of the xrays. I got the first THR and due to extenuating circumstances my second surgery is delayed more than 4 years and I use a walker and cannot walk on my own. If I had proper care I would have had the surgery prior to the complications. I should sue them but I'm too tired and distraught and had to file medical bankruptcy. The front desk was made up of moody receptionists and begrudging judgmental staff. Stay away they are quacks, frauds and scammers. Zero stars.

They have a long staircase and I must have gone up or down about 50 times with no pain. Then Dr. Frank used the cold laser on my neck pain. I have had neck pain for more that 35 years.
