The massage stalled while she took "tip cash only payment", and left room for 10 min. Some other places do this for other services but not here. She spent the rest of her hour leaving room 2 more times getting single towel to wipe off oil. I'll likely take a year of 2 off from this place and sorry if you went on my earlier recommendations.

First, I was not asked whether I preferred a male or female therapist, which is an essential part of ensuring client comfort. The male therapist used an excessive amount of oil to the point where his hands slid across my body without any meaningful pressure or muscle engagement. This made the session ineffective for actual relief or therapeutic benefit. Throughout the massage, the therapist repeatedly reached over my body in a way that caused his hips to press against me, which felt invasive and unprofessional. On several occasions, he climbed onto the table, which is not inherently unusual, but at one point, he placed his knee firmly between my thighs. This crossed a clear boundary. Additionally, while I was lying face down, he pulled my underwear down much farther than appropriate--halfway down my glutes--despite my immediate objection and correction. While partial draping of the glute area can be done in specific professional settings, it should always maintain client modesty and never expose private areas. Overall, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and unsafe. Based on both the lack of proper technique and the inappropriate boundary violations, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment to others. To top it off, I chose not to tip after my experience, and I wrote zero on my receipt; however, an extra $5 was added when it was taken out of my bank account. The audacity.

The massage itself was abysmal at best...first of all there was no 30min foot massage - no soaking feet in hot water/herb tub; the entire "foot massage" was about 3-4min... No hot stone treatment (even though they advertise it) They would each leave the room for up to several minutes at a time and then come back and start massaging the exact same area they already did before they left and leave other areas completely unattended. I told the lady I have pain in my lower back and she barely touched me there...if I wanted to avoid the pain areas I could've stayed home, but back pain is the reason I came to have the massage! Long store short - $140 later both of us have the same pain we had before we went there and now my neck hurts as well.
