Other salons only go to 24", and I am not willing to chop 6" or more after all this work. Ottalaus has been a dream find. Poor cabinetry, weird ceiling panels that shoot for elegance but miss the mark. The washing stations aren't comfortable. You can head every convo throughout the salon because of the wide open space and you literally can stare at the people on the other side of you due to poor positioning of chairs/mirrors. The floors were dirty, there was hair and dust on the cabinets at opening, AND the BIGGEST issue I noticed that there were no sanity stations for scissors or brushes. My hairstylist used a curling brush that had hair already in it! I'm praying it was only used on freshly washed hair, but still I don't think that's acceptable. As far as my stylist, I'm happy with her and her providing me with the services I scheduled. The service was slightly more than the lists prices online so they should update the pricing. Since I liked the stylist I will give it another try but the salon isn't something itself I look forward to entering again.

I have worn tape ins for years now and never had a problem with them staying in with other tape adhesive stickers however I figured if I'm going to buy JZ hair I'd make sure I do it right and also use the same brand tape stickers. Idk if it was just the batch we bought however I'm not sure I would ever use them again.
