I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. The lady Angela who did it was nice and did say it wouldn't straighten my hair all the way just make it more manageable. I just am very disappointed, as one would be.

She wasn't very talkative; didn't ask any questions other than what I wanted with my haircut so that was a little weird because usually they will talk your ear off. Price was better than Great Clips and I was in-and-out in about 20 minutes! With it being such a quick cut; there's a lot less blending so they are more sharp, blunt cuts; I would prefer it to be blended more. I'm all for a quick cut at a good price!

I usually do my best to explain and they usually do a good job adjusting. Last couple of times have been terrible though. This last time was one of the worst haircuts I got and before I could stop the haircutter, my head was practically shaved off. Not ideal when I wanted to keep my hair long. Unfortunately this will be the last time I come here. Too much inconsistency lately and too much poor communication. I guess that's what you risk for a low price haircut. Great, nice people, just too many bad experiences.
