I don't like going to Nail Salons that dont usually get Men that come in , I was treated fairly but the service I got was horrible . I dont think they knew I get manicure and pedicure regularly so they did a piss poor job and I respectively paid but will voice my issues. I paid for the lemon something pedicure and standard pedicure which totalled about $35.00 and it was horrible , I didn't get a lemon scrub or did they even cut my cuticles correctly. I was going to chateu elan and thought hey why don't I get this done here and enjoy my massage and facial in the winery boy was I disappointed. Terrible job on both SNS and pedicure. Paid extra for the peppermint pedicure and didn't get a massage. The nail tech was was too aggressive with the pedicure and I had to ask her to stop multiple times from pain. I also asked her not to cut down my big toe and was left with half of a nail. Manicure was okay until he didn't put enough coats of color and placed the nail sticker incorrectly and instead of fixing it just pretended like he didn't see it. Nail shape is off as well. WAY OVER PRICED FOR THE LEVEL OF TECHNICIANS. I paid $100 to have both my nails and toes look horrible. read more

I drove from Snellville for my first visit here, and it was absolutely worth it! I got a basic pedicure which was great, my tech was extremely thorough and took her time which I appreciated. I also got a new full set of acrylics and gel polish with a matte top coat. Again, this tech was speedy but thorough, and listened to exactly what I wanted. I have been to this place several times. Since they revamped this place its went down. Yesterday I went in for sns refill and a pedicure. I drove to this place because of the massage you get with an upgraded pedicure. At $42.00 they massage you for like 30 mins. First the lady gave me blue polish on my toes. I picked a purple. Remember that..then she rubbed my neck for 5 mins and was done. Ok. I won't complain but not worth the money. While getting my nails done..the same color purple was to be one one of my nails. Which was blue but a completely different color. Still not complaining. Oh well it's my OCD. I get to the register and the lady says $104.00. I think I was in shock. $42.00 plus $35.00 is $77. Now I can't figure where the rest was from. Point is not great service since the change up. I will go closer to home from now on. My nails are ok. Just not really worth thst kind of money. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Sat in a pedicure chair for 45 minutes (they could of at least got the water running so I could soak my feet). I came in with my son in his baby carrier and she asked if someone else could hold him while I get my nails done I said no. She had an attitude about that. She did a rush job on my nails! I knew she nicked me but I didn't know how bad, it is a small but deep cut under my nail that hurts very bad. When I come in for regular manicure because I don't like my nails scrubbed on w gel, the owner was very pushy about getting gel and rude. My massage lasted 1 min and I get a pat pat and how is that comment. Cuticles are cut at minimum and they rush threw the entire process. I get treated better from my ex than these people. I went here on Mother's Day mid morning and they were able to see me rather quickly. I previously had sns done elsewhere so I came here to get that removed and get a gel mani. I was very please with my nails just that the price was a little bit more than normal. I appreciate the nail tech letting me know that because I previously had sns, the gel might not last as long. I have been going here for years. When it was small and not as busy it was wonderful. The staff was personable and very welcoming and nice. Since the remodel the service and quality has decreased greatly. No one is personable. Get them in and get them out, which would still be ok if the quality was good... when nails come off one week after, when polish is having to be re-painted before you even leave because it looks like a toddler did it and the massage with the pedicure is crap then it is not worth the money. This salon is always clean and everyone is always friendly. If you want a good leg massage with your pedicure this is not the place for you. I got the basic pedicure which was like $23. Just went today to get manicure and pedicure. This place is awesome! I feel so spoiled. Very clean which is of #1 importance to me, and people are so very nice and attentive. This by far is the best nail experience I've ever had. I'm 49 years young and have been around long enough to know a great place. Will definitely be coming back on a regular basis! Great atmosphere, half a** work. I tried this place out for the first time during their grand opening, and received a pedicure. I was impressed so I went back to get a full set of acrylics. This time it was okay, but I still had to ask her to clean up my nails (hang nails and lil blemishes) personally I don't think I should have to ask. Third time going I got SNS and it was just sad. Super uneven thickness, the color wasn't even on the whole nail (2 days later it looked like I needed a fill in!) I had to tell her to clean my nails up when I asked she was like "oh you want a pedicure?"as if I was only paying for the sns not getting anything else. This place is wayyy to pricy to not include the basics of a pedicure like trimming and arm massages. read more

This is my first time I've ever taken the time to write a review but I was so disgusted that I had to share my experience. If you do decide to try LAVISH NAILS don't use Amy if you 're planning to get a pedicure. She was NOT friendly at all, never smiled once during the entire 35 minute pedicure. About half way through my pedicure she knocked over my YETI which was full of water and ice. She bent down to pick up my YETI and picked up all of the ice on the floor and threw it into the tub of hot water that my feet were soaking in. I was stunned she did this and proceeded to remove my feet because the water was now cold and dirty. Then she proceeded to use the tool that looks like a "cheese grater" to remove the dead skin from my feet. Any salon I have ever been to wipe the dead skin from the tool with a tissue and dispose of the dead skin in the trash can and set the tool aside to be washed and sterilized properly. After scraping my feet Amy left the dead skin on the tool and put the tool with the dead skin directly into the water and proceeded to try to rinse my feet. I jerked my feet out and told her I was disgusted seeing all the skin floating in the water. I spoke to the Owner and told her that it was the worst experience I had ever had and would never be returning. read more
