I have done Dip and the staff is awesome at giving recommendations on designs. They sit you at the bar first and talk to you about what style, design or shape you want. I have done Ombre and it looks beautiful, classic and lasts almost 3 weeks.

I went in today only having done gel and dip previously. I explained this before any service and…read moreasked for a recommendation on what service I should get if I want to add extensions. We landed on apres. The nail tech was rushing through the whole service and applied almost every tip on my left hand crooked. I asked him to fix it and I was able to fix most of them by filing but had to redo the whole application for my index finger. Upon further inspection I noticed the nail length on my left and right hands were way different so again I had to ask the tech to fix it. This whole time I'm waiting to see if my cuticles will be addressed but I didn't say anything because I've never had the service before and didn't know at what point it would be done in the process. The service ends and my cuticles weren't touched and I was so confused but at this point I had been there so long and felt like I was babysitting the tech the whole time (he seemed so annoyed with me but I don't want to nag and I'm sure he doesn't want to be nagged so some more attention to detail would've been appreciated) so I just wanted to leave. I go to the front and I asked if cuticle work wasn't included on services anymore. He informed me that it's an extra add-on I should've asked for because it's not typically included for any service besides regular manicure and gel manicure. So then I said they should let people know this if they're new to the service and then the front desk guy starts arguing with me about how I should have asked. How would I know to ask if that's typically the standard for most services? He continues to go back and forth with me (which is ridiculous and insane) and I eventually had to just cut him off and say can I just pay and leave I'm not going to argue with you anymore. So I paid and left really annoyed. As soon as I left I looked up if cuticle work is typically done with apres and IT IS. I'll attach the screenshot. If they're going to charge more for cuticle work whatever but you have to let people know if that's something specific to your salon. Overall super disappointing experience especially because this has been my all-time favorite nail salon for like 8 or 9 years. Even when I lived out of state, I made it a point to always come get my nails done here when I visited. I've recommended this place to countless people over the years and I'm honestly sad at the service and attitude I received today.

This is my favorite place! They always get my nail dip done on point, they don't chip and they have sooo many colors to choose from. Pedi is always super relaxing. I recently had to ditch my usual eyebrow lady because they actually do amaaazing brow shaping and tinting here. It's perfect for me because now I don't need to go to two different places for my TLC, this is a one-stop-shop! First visit and thoroughly enjoyed it! I've spent $40+ at other establishments for their "Spa Pedicure", only to be rushed and out the chair start to finish in 20-25 minutes. Not so here, start to finish almost 50 minutes!!! Lee is a little rough, but I actually like that, I feel like she is getting dead layers of skin off, lol! Last week, my scheduled pedicure appointment with Kelly was switched to another technician without prior notice. Unfortunately, this technician was visibly upset and, when I politely instructed her on how I wanted my pedicure done, she became aggressive and began yelling at me. To my shock, she stopped in the middle of the service and told me to find someone else to finish. Another technician eventually stepped in and completed the pedicure, but by that point, I was already humiliated. I asked to speak with a manager at the time, but my request was ignored. Three days later, I called and spoke with Sophia, who assured me the manager would return my call, but no one ever did. I find it unacceptable that I was treated so unprofessionally and then disregarded when I tried to address the issue. At the very least, I expected an apology and some acknowledgment of the poor treatment I received. Since that did not happen, I will no longer be returning to the salon. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that no other clients have to endure a similar experience.

Upon purchase, I received an email letting me know that I had the gift card and that it's been applied to my account. Amazing. WRONG AGAIN. I went to use said gift card and upon completion of my services I go to show the digital gift card (which quite literally indicated to show it at the business) and I am informed that they will not accept the virtual gift card. I ask why not and they tell me they need a business card that they gave my mom when she purchased the gift card, that was sent digitally, or else they can't apply the gift card. The owner confirms she knows she sold the gift card, emailed the digital gift card and literally sees the gift card on my account, but REFUSES to let me use the digital gift card (which by the way even gives you the option to send to someone else who would then only have a digital gift card). After going back and forth for far longer than should have been necessary I end up paying because the business refused to accept and apply the gift card they took the money for and emailed to me. Now, I have to go through the process of disputing the purchase with my credit card company. In a city where there are three nail salons every two steps save yourself the time and headache and go literally anywhere else. Spouses, parents, friends do not purchase gift cards from this location. They will gladly take your money and then refuse to honor them.
