Wonderful experience getting services at Lavish. These ladies are true artists and love what they do. Kim, Mimi, and Helen all take great care in their work. When it comes to designs, there's no limit with what they can accomplish. You can come in with your inspo and they will make sure you leave happy. I thought I get them through yelp and I was able to text with one of the technicians pretty quickly. I was able to schedule an appointment accommodating to my schedule the same day. I knew I wanted to get natural nails and gel so she recommended me to do a gel builder with gel polish. I was able to get a quote about how much the nails would be and I did not require deposit. Once I came in the appointment was about on schedule and there was plenty of parking. I got my nails done relatively quickly within an hour and I am very happy with the outcome. It has lasted me for a long time and I plan to visit them if I need to get a manicure soon. The inside of the studio was very pretty lots of modern art and television. There was very limited seating since it was only two technicians at the time. Overall, very high-quality service and they do exactly what you want for your nails. read more

I made an appointment by texting the numbers they have posted on their instagrams for booking. My appointment was made in March 25th but I booked for today; when I made the appointment you do pay a $20 deposit, but this does go towards your service that day! I've never had gel x nails done before and I had an inspiration. Whether it was helpful or not to Kim I made her a whole mood board and drawing of what I had in mind. She was super kind and let me ask a million questions about the process so I learned a lot! With a few things I wanted to do she explained why she couldn't but still let me know for a different design how we could try it next time. She's super knowledgeable and the quality is really great! I felt like I was just in the nicest most chill studio ever which was really nice, I was afraid of going to big salons based on sound levels alone. The music they played was really cool and I will have to ask for the pop playlist they had (I didn't know if it was Thai or viet) Sorry for infodumping! I really loved the place and the reviews were correct to say the experience here is amazing. I enjoyed the people, the nails I got and the price was way more affordable than places nearby that had less favorable reviews. This is late but wanted to give this studio the love it deserves. Mimi did an amazing job on my nails. I was in the area and wanted to get my nails done to match my dress for a wedding. I texted her an inspiration photo and she agreed but also let me know the flowers would not be the same. Getting here was stressful, there's another nail place named Lavish Nail Bar in the area with a completely different vibe and I had gone there instead. Unlike many nail salons I've been to, I must say that Lavish nails brings a more personal touch to their customer service. It's cozy and quaint. I love the aesthetics and Mimi is always very understanding when it comes to booking and rescheduling to your needs as long as time permits. Respect the nail tech and they'll respect you, treat them kind and they will too, it's common sense My husband was sick and in the hospital for months and she had no problems taking me early in the morning or late at night any day Monday through Sunday. Typically nail salons are off on Sundays, so this was a big plus, especially since I needed the small break to just breath and relax with all the things that were going on in my families life. Unlike the new modern salons with the fancy spa massage chairs they do pedicures the more traditional way where you place your feet in a bowl to soak. This brings back nostalgic memories of the days when your nail tech took the time to talk and get to know you rather then just seeing dollar signs. 1000000000 percent I recommend this place. As far as waiting, many places that have great service or do an amazing job, people are willing to wait. Why would anyone wait for bad service???? When I reached out for an appointment I was disregarded and let the owner of T@N beauty how they ignored my messages and send her screen shots. Unprofessional. I DM thru there Instagram just letting know the lack of service and how does not how you run business. There reply was to look for a new tech. Please see the message. Very unprofessional. Do not come to this place. Don't recommend it and need to learn what a business is. The fact they stated I get upset in there DM is a lie. So many times I had to wait because my schedule time they weren't ready. Then they said I didn't give a deposit which not once did they ever mention that or have forms where it states you need to that. Definitely can tell they don't know what their doing. It's laughable they said about a deposit because they're are in a tiny small room, like bathroom size. This is not a high end salon. For starters get a reality check and open your eyes. You're renting a tiny room. You don't own or have a salon with high end clientele. Besides taking your money even if they have to redo. The amount of money I spend here for screw ups and had to deal with is more than I ever had to in a legit salon. Learn how to take accountability for your actions. There's other places better, profesional, high end and get your moneys worth.(especially when it comes to their pedicures) You want a spa not a bowl where it's just water and it's like 30 minutes or less pedicure. Though they'll charged if you had a spa pedicure. You can get better services at other well known high end places. They will loose customers the way I was treated and made it sound d like I'm the issue. It just sucks they work inside my friends business shop. I always look forward to my appointments to get my nails done because it's such a fun time and not to mention how cute their studio is!!! Just to give it a better picture about this place, it is like hanging out with the mean girls back in high school and if you're not agreeing with what they want, they will kick you out of the group as if you're not cool enough for them. Last time I was there, I wanted to look at different colors, plus I wasn't agreeing to the design that Mimi offered; she looks super annoyed and started drilling my nails super deep to the point where two of my nails turned red and it was so painful. I had to tell her to stop. Mind you, it was only 3 colors that I was debating on, and since I'm a customer, I pay and tip them, so I believe that it is my rights to pick and choose what design/color I wanted on my nails. Long story short, don't go here because they will ignore your texts out of the blue they will say that they're fully booked just because you're not agreeing to their "terms and conditions" about design/color choices. I'm all about supporting small business but this place is such a letdown. read more

Lavish Nail Studio is so cute!!! It was really difficult to find the location at first because the plaza did not have the name "Lavish Nail Studio" anywhere at all. After driving around in circles, I finally found it! The nail salon actually had the name "T&N Beauty" instead. Because of the confusion, I think that they should add "Lavish Nail Studio" to the business name sign to avoid customers going elsewhere. It was my first time seeing such high quality and beautiful nail polishes! I was very impressed with the cat eye nail polish, so I chose to do that for my gel x nails. I chose the colors #15 and #21 nail polishes to do my nails which gave off kind of a pink champagne color that was really beautiful! I asked for the sea shell nail design and I was so impressed that they hand drew it onto my nail. They also added mini white pearls and gold ocean pieces onto my nails which added a nice touch. I got a gel white pedicure with gold glitter on top. I wasn't use to getting my pedicure done without sitting in a massage chair like other nail salons. Overall, I recommend coming here for nail designs as that is their speciality and they literally can do anything! If you want the full experience of a pedicure, then I wouldn't recommend coming here. I just sat in a regular chair and I put my feet in a tub which was something that I was not use to. I did find it weird that they did not allow me to do regular nail polish. I was told to only do gel or higher. I had a great time as a result. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. read more
