I have done my nails with Michelle twice now and I absolutely love her! She is so talented, pays attention to the details, and really brings your vision to life. When I first got my nails done with her, I came to her with an ambitious F1 themed inspired set. She absolutely killed it and delivered exactly what it was I wanted! She took on the challenge and absolutely killed it! And they lasted me a solid 3 weeks with no lifting, cracks, etc. Most importantly, she is such a sweet person, makes you feel so welcomed, and cared for during the entire appointment :) I used to get acrylic done on my nails but I have switched over to GelX and have done my nails with Michelle ever since
I've been going to Chrissy since July and my nails have gotten stronger and longer with structured/hard gel. My nails typically grow fast and long but I had nearly ruined my nail bed by drilling too hard on them myself and using gel x twice, but Chrissy's hard gel technique revived them. The first time visiting her, she took the time answering my questions because I wasn't sure how hard gel worked. Her quality of work is great as I never have any lifting, snagging, etc. My only note is be careful when getting chrome because it unfortunately doesn't seem to last very long. I go to Nhi for pedicures and she does a great job! I asked to not have my cuticles clipped on a specific toe because when I get pedicures they usually cut too deep and I end up with an infection, so she's mindful of that and accommodates accordingly. She does great work for a beginner! Also, the owner Jenny seems very nice! Altogether my experience is always 10/10 and I'd recommend them! People always are surprised when I tell them my nails are natural lol.

I wanted something different compared to what I usually get at a nail salon and Jenny not only brought my idea to life, but she SERVED. Jenny is so sweet the work she did is absolutely beautiful, she captured the inspo pic I showed her perfectly. I'll definitely be returning soon.
My friend referred me to Jenny and I decided to book an appointment with her after having multiple bad experiences with other salons in my area. This was the first time I've left a nail appointment COMPLETELY 100% loving my nails. Jenny was super sweet and always checked up on me to see if I felt any pain (which I didn't throughout the entirety of my removal and new set) and if I was happy with the designs since I let her freestyle a holiday set on me. I can tell she puts all her efforts into the application, shaping, and designs, which is why her work ends up looking flawless at the end. I will definitely be coming back and I am so happy that I finally found a reliable nail tech whose work is amazing!!
Genuinely can't describe how much I love coming here! The salon is located on the second floor of the plaza and a little hard to find if you're used to the other location, but it really is such a gem. Jenny is such a kind and sweet soul as well. I love how quick yet meticulous she is about her work, especially as she makes sure that what you want is exactly what you get. I always opt for a minimalist design but I've seen plenty of her other nail art and I can say with full confidence that Jenny truly is a talented, one-of-a-kind artist. I never have to worry about lifting or breakage, and my nails always look amazing even after a few weeks' worth of growth. If you're looking for a phenomenal nail salon with the most caring people and reasonable prices, I can't recommend Polish Haus enough!
I've been seeing Carol for a little over 5 months and I'm so glad I found her! She's honestly the best and I always leave super happy with my nails! Not only is she super sweet but she is so talented at what she does! The location of polish haus is very convenient with plenty of parking which is a huge plus! Thanks so much Carol for always doing such an amazing job! (:

I LOVE LOVE my nails! Right when I walked in, the environment here was super friendly, and super welcoming!! Michelle is truly a beautiful gem of a nail artist! She's not only incredibly sweet & kind, but also very good at the work she does! She brought my nail vision to life and even better than I have ever imagined them! She is very patient, attentive, & went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!! Her attention to detail is amazing, and I left feeling more than satisfied with my nails, I am obsessed! Polish Haus is the place to go if you want a slay experience! I am a fairly new client of Chrissy from Polish Haus and my experience has been nothing but great :D I was debating if I should continue getting Gel-X or if I should grow out my natural nails. I finally decided to get structure gel and chose Chrissy to be my nail artist. She is very nice and skilled in what she does. She also asked me if I like the color and length throughout the process which I appreciate very much! And if that isn't enough to convince you to get your nails done by Chrissy, she is very informative and tells me what she's going to do and why (previous nail tech did not mention anything to me unfortunately). I highly recommend Polish Haus and Chrissy Interior: cozy, white colors, big tv, Location: second floor of Grams BBQ plaza (also across the street from HMART plaza) with no signs on the window and door so it will be hard to find but just remember Suite #215!! Appointments: 3 options- text their number, book online on website, or DM the nail artist. Very easy to book and if there needs to be a time change then Chrissy will text beforehand to get confirmation! read more

I had the absolute BEST experience with Michelle She was efficient, lovely, and so cheerful throughout the entire appointment. The environment was clean, safe, and super professional -- everything you'd want when getting pampered. Her work is truly amazing! Jenny did it again! I've been getting gel-x nails done with Jenny for the past two years and I don't see myself ever going with anyone else even if it's a bit of a drive for me. My expectations are exceeded every single time I come in for a new set and I get tons of compliments everywhere I go. I usually get my nail inspo from my Instagram explore page and Jenny nails it everytime. She's very meticulous, has a good eye and cares about detail. Not to mention the quality of the nails are top notch. They seriously last SO long and still look SO good. Her new location is super cute. Minimal, clean, very studio-esque and tons of parking space available. I've had appointments with the other girls in the past and they are all very sweet and friendly and do a great job as well. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jenny is SUPER NICE! If y'all haven't been here before, y'all are sleeping on her. I found her through social media and decided to try her out, and I'm so glad I did!! I've always been a little scared of nail techs being harsh on my nails, trimming my cuticles too much, or accidentally cutting me when doing my nails. But Jenny was very understanding and gentle with me She'll chat with you but also give you space if you're not much of a chatter. I also appreciated that she would check-in with me to see if I liked the nail shape/how the design look. read more

Jenny is an amazing GelX lash tech and artist! Acrylics are a thing of the past and I've been getting Gelx for that least few years now. Sometimes I'm in a pinch or can't get the appointment I want (she is a desirable tech for many reasons) so I'll try other salons. Not that they're bad, just not the same.... But this woman knows what she's doing and I just can't compare. Just much more satisfied with her work. To put things simply, I got my full set over 2 wks ago and my nails still hold, feel, and look like day 1! Plus the visit was a blast. She's so full of personality and convo that you don't leave there feeling like a run of the mill client. She's got great people skills on top of her talent! Worth the price and visit :) read more

Polish Haus is my go-to nail salon in OC. They have an online scheduling system that's easy to book with. Jenny, the owner, is talented, detail-oriented, and easy going! I gave her a pic as inspo and she freestyled to create the design with the bows. Annie, also an amazing manicurist, did my nails with the white hearts and pink chrome. I've had gelx done at other nail salons but none as good and creative as this salon. Also they have a huge TV that you can watch from while you're getting your nails done. Parking is ample as it's in a huge plaza (right across from the HMart plaza). read more

The picture of my nails doesn't justify the quality of Jenny's work. As someone who has a tendency to jump back and forth between nail artists, I'm still trying to find one that I vibe with until I came across Jenny. There were some hiccups along the way in regards to scheduling but we were able to figure out and was satisfied with the nails I got. The more I looked at it, the more I fell in love with it. I wanted an ombré sky inspired design. Polish Haus is a small place but it's also really casual as well. A no fuss business. It really reflects Jenny as a person. She's really blunt in the best way possible, kind, and really easygoing. If you have any questions, she's always down to answer anything and is flexible with schedule. read more

Jenny is simply the nicest person in the world and one of the most hardworking nail techs around! She is always happy to work on nail art but also humble enough to tell you if she's not able to do something you'd want her to do. She is meticulous and enjoys perfecting the manicure she does. Jenny is also very good at making sure you're comfortable throughout the appointment and will answer any questions you have about what she's doing. I've never been disappointed and always leave my appointments in a great mood. Polish Haus is always an incredible experience every time I go! First and foremost, there's a delicious bakery and tea house where you can get a little pick me up for you (and your nail tech )! The nail studio is located on the second floor and it's such a cute spot! It is very intimate and clean as well! I have ADHD and I struggle with sitting for a long period of time as well as noise sensitivity. At Polish Haus, I never have to worry about that. My nail tech (and lifelong best friend) Michelle always goes above and beyond to make my visit as comfortable as possible. She offers me breaks to stand and stretch, she's vocal about what she's going to do and doesn't pressure you to keep a conversation going! I can just sit back and enjoy my movies on my phone while she works her magic, and I mean WHAT A TALENT! I always trust her to pick my designs and colors because she executes her vision every single time! not to mention my nails have never looked healthier! If this review is not enough, of course the pictures can speak for themselves! I went to Polish Haus with my sisters to get ready for my wedding. Jenny and Annie were amazing! Jenny did my nails and Annie did my pedicure. They're so precise and talented. They both make sure you're happy with the result and you can tell they really care about their craft. Their salon is also super cute and comfortable! I'm so happy with my bridal nails and I can't wait to keep coming back. Jenny was also so accommodating and sweet. Love this place and the nail techs here! I had both Annie and Jenny do my nails, and they turned out lovely. The place is really clean, and everybody is super hospitable, sweet, and fun to talk to. I love how the ladies care about their work, and I never had an issue with my nails lifting, breaking, or damaging my real nails. Will definitely be returning in the future! read more

Now that I've had my nails for almost two weeks--I can say I am thoroughly impressed. I didn't like the length (my own fault) but not a single one broke or is showing serious wear. The design is EXACTLY what I wanted, and the color is gorgeous. Great customer service, friendly and felt welcomed. And-- great pricing! I've been to several nail places in my hometown (29 palms/Joshua Tree) that charge two times the price for less and still expect high tip for average work (not to drag other places more than comparison and my personal experience). read more

POLISH HAUSE so far the best place... my girl Jenny took care of me so well and I didn't even notice the time going by! Very professional, detailed, and patient! Highly recommend to everyone! Before my visit with Jenny I gave her some inspiration pictures and gave me some tips. I was a little afraid of the brown tone but I have not seen anyone who can give me the color I now come to like! Our conversation blended up with our neighbor and met new acquaintances. Usually these places people don't talk much and mostly just in and out BUT not this place!
