After trying out a few nail salons in the area, my girlfriend and I agree that this place has been the best bang for our buck. We like going out occasionally to get pedicures together -- I usually do a non-gel color and she goes without polish. This has honestly been the only place so far that hasn't cut at least one of us, which is huge because we usually stick to simple pedicures in the \$20-\$25 range -- and at that price, it's always a gamble. They're very meticulous when it comes to cleaning and cutting our toenails. We both exercise regularly, so our feet usually aren't in the best shape (hang nails, blisters, cracked nails, you name it), but every time we leave here our feet look normal again! Today was a great example -- I had a toenail that was half falling off (cracked in the middle and partially raised because a new nail was growing underneath). I was nervous about getting a pedicure before it fully grew in, but I warned the lady and told her she could skip it if needed. She somehow managed to clip the entire old nail off without me feeling a thing -- I was so grateful for that! We both agreed we'll be making this our regular spot. One thing to note is the price was \$25 for each of us, even though I got polish and she didn't, but honestly for the care and result, it's still a solid deal I'm not complaining about. After a failed attempt at gel manicures at home, I was out of luck with some other salons because their service fees are pretty steep. On the other hand, Bella Nails Lashes & Spa has super reasonable prices and a vast array of beauty services for Bella, the owner and main esthetician, with years of experience under her belt and a passion for donating back to the community. She's such a kind woman who's super passionate about her craft! I found out about Bella from a family member who frequents there. The salon was super quiet, so it was nice to have a peaceful mani-pedi without too much waiting in between. It's clean, tranquil, and very simple in terms of design. As usual, I selected a gel mani-pedi but went with pumpkin latte--a color I'm not familiar with! I absolutely adored the end result, though in some lightings, the nails look more bright, lemon drop yellow than a gentle orange. The process of getting my nails done was easy breezy. Definitely be warned that the hot water bath IS indeed hot--it's something to adjust to depending on your pain tolerance, though this can likely be adjusted. One of my absolute FAAAAVORITE features of this salon is their massage chair. You can select various types of massaging movements to have a relaxing experience where you walk away with clean hands and feet, as well as no more tension and pain in the back. If I could give zero stars I would. The owner has poor customer service skills and doesn't care about her clients. Just about the money. I don't know how she owns a nail salon. Don't go here, they scam you with their prices. They trick you by not telling you how much their services are and in the end make up prices in their head then try to up charge you. Make sure you ask for all prices before coming here because they will change it last minute. I came in here asking for a pedicure and manicure. After I told the manicurist I wanted regular polish on my hands the first time she said "no the color you want is only Gel" so I said okay that's fine I can change the color because I only want REGULAR POLISH. She proceeds to not listen to my request and proceeds to paint my nails with GEL POLISH. I stop her and ask her if that's REGULAR POLISH. She looks at me and says "no it's gel" I immediately tell her "no I asked you for regular polish, that's why I changed the color from the beginning" the owner walks over and gives me a look since I didn't want gel and proceeds to tell me "NO ITS TOO LATE HONEY" and I said "why?? She hasn't cured them, she can still take it off" and she only said that because she knows she charges more for that and only wanted to UPSALE me. She hands her worker a piece of napkin and tells her in her language to take it off. I then proceed to do my toes with the owner as she is giving me a STARE mind you the whole time she is half assing it because I refused her gel "service". So I decline the French tip and say only color because she's already made me mad with how she was handling everything. She proceeds to get bothered for a service that I am refusing. (Mind you) I ask her how much will everything be and she says "$50" I asked her in shock why it was so much if she didn't put any color on my hands. And said it's "$15". . So I tell her I don't want anything anymore and still charged me $40 for doing absolutely nothing to my nails. DONT COME HERE. All manicurist suck. *CORRECTION TO EVERYTHING YOU MENTIONED BELOW. NO I DID NOT CHANGE MY MIND ON THE COLOR, I was choosing between navy or red because I told the manicurist only REGULAR POLISH ( must I add FROM THE BEGINNING BEFORE SHE PAINTED) so YOUR manicurist proceeds to mention bubble bath was only GEL and I didn't want GEL. HELLO?? What does it matter if I change my mind 100 times aren't you the one providing ME THE SERVICE?? I'm paying you!!!! (Proving my point once again) Fast forward I go with red and mind you the whole time they all have a nasty attitude and are staring at me Up and DOWN. (Making me UNCOMFORTABLE) I ask as she's painting the 4th finger if it's gel because APPARENTLY they're the "EXPERTS" but still can't give me the service I asked for. And the manicurist said "not it's gel" as she rolled their eyes looking back at the owner. And talked in their language (which is extremely rude and disrespectful). BTW!!! The owner walks over saying "NO IT'S TOO LATE HONEY BECAUSE SHE ALREADY PAINTED" Keep in mind.... The whole time your worker KNEW I WANTED REGULAR PAINT. && YOU STILL PROCEEDED TO GASLIGHT ME INTO THINKING YOU HAD TO CHARGE ME the GEL (I didn't want ) BY SAYING "ITS TOO LATE HONEY SHE ALREADY PAINTED THEM" (mind you she was going to paint the 4th finger and IT WASNT EVEN CURED. ARE YOU GOOD?? If you're going to come and say something. Say it how it is not how you want to convince people that it is. In conclusion don't waste your time coming here. They will GASLIGHT you and try to UPSALE YOU A SERVICE YOU DONT WANT. Mind you they only try to make money off of you and don't actually value their customers.
