My step daughter and I were in need of some pampering, so I brought her to Diana Nails to get mani pedis. We were greeted at the front desk and immediately brought back to the salon to begin our services. The nail techs were very friendly and helpful! The gentleman doing my daughter nails was patient and very kind as he let her pick a couple colors and he let his creativity fly as he painted her nails. The lady doing my nails made sure to smooth out the calluses on my feet, it felt amazing! The salon is very clean and everyone is super friendly. They also offer kids service pricing which is great, but it is for kids 9 and under which I think should be extended to maybe 12 and under? Also, what I found to be pretty cool is they have expanded recently and now they will offer hair, waxing, micro blading, eyelash extensions, and massage services! I have been coming here for over a year for SNS and their deluxe pedicures! The owners are so friendly and go out of their way to make your experience pleasant. Like others mentioned, they greet you promptly even when they're busy and offer a complimentary beverage. I love the option to book with my favorite stylist online. Their website is easy to navigate and ensures I always get paired with my favorites. They also remodeled recently and got new pedicure chairs that are very comfortable. During my visit customer service to create a good environment was the best part but quality of service was very lack luster. Not only for an adult but also for a child's polish and pedicure. Polish is left streaky and not all the way to the nail beds, improper shape after asked her to fix it twice, after the pedicure my feet are still rough because the lady barely picked up the stone, I had to remind her to use lotion during my pedicure. Will have to spend the money again a day later to get my nails redone. Won't be going back here again. read more

i just recently started going to Diana Nails and Spa and have had 3 pedicures within the last few months. Each time I was greeted immediately and taken right back to a chair. Tonight I treated myself to a Deluxe Pedicure and it was heavenly. Naemi was my technician and she was thorough and kind. in addition, the staff were dressed up for the 4th of July upcoming holiday and patrons got to vote on best costume. I have been doing my own nails since Covid and I suck at polishing. It takes me forever. I was at my part-time job one Saturday and the owner of this salon came in. He told me about all of the services that they offered and how diverse they were. When I decided to start getting my nails done professionally again I visited their website. Their scheduling process online is awesome. You can select all of the services that you would like AND select the stylist that you want to make the appointment with. After reading the reviews I decided on a specific stylist and made an appointment. I wanted a gel manicure and a gel pedicure. I arrived about 15 minutes to my appointment and was immediately taken to the pedicure chair by this young man. I didn't book my appointment with him. The young lady that I booked my appointment with days in advance was extremely busy so I didn't mention it. I must say that I do really like how diverse this salon is. The young man that did my mani and pedi was super nice but my nails and toes look more like I did them versus paying to have them done. He didn't even allow time to soak my old gel polish off he electric filed my already thin nails. This is why I use gel instead of an overlay so there is no need for an electric file. While sitting in the pedicure chair I looked around a lot as neither one of the TV's was actually on a channel for customers to watch. One was showing the services offered at the salon and the other was showing scenic pictures. The garbage cans beside the pedicure chairs were extremely nasty. These are stainless cans that can easily be wiped. When I got in the manicure chair I noticed a lot of stains on the wall. I raised 3 boys by myself so I know how walls can get splashed however, in a professional setting this needs to be cleaned. My overall experience was ok but I would not have gone had I known my stylist selection was for show only. You can't see how bumpy my polish is in the pics. Being that this salon is way across town, I will probably not revisit as it is not convenient and I'm not guaranteed to get the stylist I would prefer. read more

I just moved to Greensboro and decided to try out Diana Nails for the first time. I had never gotten SNS powder before, but all my friends rave about it because it's supposed to be healthier than acrylic. Once I found Diana nails on Yelp, I called two days ahead and made an appointment for 6:30. When I showed up 30 min early to my appointment, they were able to sit me down and get started right away. Jennifer was AMAZING. My biggest pet peeve when I get my nails done is when the nail stylists rush through their appointments. Jennifer did the complete opposite - she took her time (2 hours) and it really showed. I'm so glad that I chose to do SNS and that Jennifer was there to do it for me. Even better, the whole manicure, with tips, cost $36! The price is the best i've ever seen, especially with the amount of time and detail that they put into it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I had another great experience at Diana Nails & Spa today. I had a paraffin was treatment, a Swedish massage, and a premium facial. The paraffin wax left my feet feeling super soft and the treatment was provided with consideration of my comfort. It was very enjoyable. The massage was a treat. Many of the techniques I have experienced at other salons were included in the massage, but a few were added to that, such a percussion (which always feels excellent in my opinion). This made the experience even better! My premium facial has my skin looking nice and clean. I particularly enjoyed some of the premium elements, so I'd suggest getting the premium, but they do have a variety of options you can choose from. Overall, I'm very glad I went back today and I look forward to my next visit. read more

Not a great experience and not the most cleanly environment (rags looked dirty/reused). Pedicure looks like I did it myself, chipped and smudged the first few hours after I got it. The nail polish brands were cheaper than most other salons I've been to, hence the chipping and smudging. Unfortunately would not recommend this establishment. read more

Everyone here was super friendly and easy to talk to, but my nails look god awful. I got simple gel polish and they are so lumpy that I'm going to have to pay to get them redone. The lady was very nice, but I'm pretty upset at the results. In the end I just wasted $20 here EDIT: 7/10/21 I returned to the store because a few of my nails began oozing liquid gel that didn't get cured. The male manager was incredibly nice and fixed it for me. They took it off and re did it and it's much better now. read more

I never leave reviews, but Diana Nails deserves one. My Daughter called me crying this afternoon because she went to have her nails done for her senior prom at a different salon. They did not turn out like the example and she asked the tech to fix them. She was told there was nothing they could do and she could leave. I called the salon and they told me they were too busy to deal with it. I meet my Daughter and took her to Diana Nails where I had gone years ago. We walked in at 5:45 and were welcomed with open arms. I had a pedicure and my Daughter got a pedicure and her polished changed on her fingers. Both techs were amazing and kind. They heard us discussing that her birthday is tomorrow and next thing I know, they came out with a cupcake singing Happy Birthday. Customers for life. read more

Came for the 1st time on a Wednesday evening around 7:40pm, noticed they close at 7:30pm but I saw the OPEN sign ON and decided to come in and ask. I only wanted a normal pedicure so they told me to come in, they offered something to drink, made sure I was comfy in my seat and did an amazingly great job without feeling being rushed. I was told the business is under new ownership, so definitely you can tell they are trying their best to give an awesome customer service. Acrylic nails broke in less than a week and I was cut by the file at least five times while I was there

I went in to get SNS and had acrylic on my nails already. Instead of soaking them off they pried them off of my nails, which resulted in ripping my pinky nail off. I was so frustrated but already. It was my first time having acrylics and my first time having sns so I thought maybe that was how it was done. Obviously it's not. The sns broke within a week and chipped in several places. Besides having the acrylic PRIED off damaged my nails severely. My grandmother went with me the first time and got a pedicure and was highly dissatisfied as well. The polish job was not good and she did not enjoy the results. I just don't think they cared about the quality of service and just wanted to rush to get through. I would not recommend them to anyone. There are much better places with much better prices and practices. read more

I called Monday morning before arriving to ask about their services. The girl on the phone was very nice so I proceeded to go because they're around the corner from where I was. I'm greeted and no one else was there so I was taken immediately. I thought this is great! The girl started doing my nails (I was getting a full set with gel). She got the tips on and asked the length I wanted, so I told her medium. This is where things quickly took a turn for the worse. She proceeds to go into a rant about how she was glad I wasn't getting long nails because women who get them are so ghetto and aggressive, usually like to fight and point nails in faces, and pull hair. I was amused. Your hatred for (black) women really showed beloved. And if you've gotten your a** beat, you fully deserved it bc you're absolutely gross. I'm also filing more complaints because whether a woman walks in for short medium or long nails, your JOB is to just do nails. Beware who you speak to because you never know WHO you're talking to behind a mask. I'll never come back here and will make sure my sisters who love their nails however they like them go where they AND their hard earned money is appreciated. They also don't know how to do dip nails for s**t. I had to walk the girl through the process of doing a dip nail fill in. They're scamming ladies for making them get new sets every single time they want their nails dipped - FYI. Take your money where you're appreciated. read more

Went there on Saturday afternoon (8/26/17) wanted to get full set and color change on my toes (French tips). Was greeted by 2 worker that spoke little to no English. Then I'm assuming the owner comes out to tell me they have no nail techs that could do my nails. Which I thought was strange for a Saturday afternoon, but could do my toes. I was literally in there for an hour to get French on my toes!! No pedicure!!!The worst experience every!
