Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the polish... which was chosen by the nail tech, not me. That says everything about their level of accountability. Between the excessive service time, poor quality, and dismissive customer service, this was a complete waste of time and money -- I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
