The owners greeted us and our dog and were very friendly to us and the dog and wanted to make sure that we got the services we wanted. When we picked up our dog he looked beautiful! They worked hard on him because he was quite a mess. The owner was happy and most often when I have picked my dog up at a groomer they are exhausted, sweating and so tired. This time the groomer was happy and excited to show us our dog. I think this facility and owners are great and I truly hope their hard work pays off for them and that they are successful beyond their dreams!

I looked into several boarding places and finally left one and just cried. It was so dark and I just didn't have a good feeling leaving my baby there. I found Abby's number and explained the situation to her and she asked to meet me and Tatum. She said she would do what she could to help me. This woman completely saved us. I was able to board Tatum for about 2 months while I worked my butt off to get a new home for us. She allowed me to pick him up and spend the day with him and bring him back the same day. Abby was so good for my dog Tatum. He had severe separation anxiety and would scream if I left the house to go to the store. Being in boarding with Abby he learned that the world isn't so scary and he can be loved by many. He learned more social skills and played his heart out with other dogs. Abby always kept me updated and sent me so many photos reassuring me that he was ok. She ended up getting two Pyrenees of her own just like my Tatum. Tatum absolutely adored Abby. She is such a kind gentle soul and you could not find a better place to leave your pet than with her. We love you Abby!

I'm really disappointed with my experience here. On multiple occasions, the wrong service was done…read moreon my dog even though I clearly communicated what I wanted. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it became frustrating that it occurred more than once. I will say that when the correct service is done, the grooming itself is usually decent, it has just been difficult getting the correct service performed. Toward the end, they did acknowledge the situation, but it felt more focused on what I could have done differently rather than fully taking responsibility. I did want the bath and nail trim, but the most important service I requested was the shave. Unfortunately, the shave was not done. At checkout, I was initially told the total would be around $100 for the bath even though the main service I requested was not completed. I ultimately paid $66 for services that were not what I had asked for. When my dog was brought back to me, I was told he had been shaved to 5/8, which he clearly was not. After reviewing the groomer's notes, I was told he had received a contour and butt trim services I had declined at the beginning when they were offered. I had specifically asked for the same shave he received during his previous visit. I do acknowledge there may have been some miscommunication at the front desk, and I understand that mistakes happen. However, when it happens more than once, it becomes difficult to overlook. I also felt uncomfortable bringing my dog back to have it corrected because I worried I might be viewed as a difficult customer, and I never want to feel concerned about how that could affect how my dog is treated. Customer service and clear communication are extremely important when trusting someone with your pet. After reading some of the owner's responses to other Google reviews, the replies came across as unprofessional and poorly written. While I understand wanting to defend your business, the tone of those responses was disappointing. After giving several chances, I unfortunately don't feel comfortable bringing my dog back. I hope the facility works on improving customer service, as it is one of the most important aspects of running a business.

When I got there (15 minutes late--forgot to set my alarm), Shawnna invited me in to her salon so that I could see where Dotty would be for the next hour. I was impressed with how sparkling and well-appointed it looked. She asked me to be back to pick up my pooch in an hour. I left to run some errands and received a call from the groomer 20 minutes or so later. After her bath and blow dry Dotty was found to be more matted than was first expected and she wanted to check with me before going ahead. When I got back at the appointed time, Shawnna brought Dotty out to me. I had forgotten what a cute little pup I had! I'll definitely be going back as the price was reasonable, it was a good experience, and Dotty looks terrific!

They were also very strict with all vaccinations. I forgot to send my husband with some of the copies and we had to quickly get them emailed over before they would let him enter - which is great! My dog passed his assessment and stayed here for seven days over Thanksgiving. The price was fair and when we picked him they gave us a little treat bag and report card. My dog seemed to love it and he was always chilling in the middle of the pack when they would post anything on Instagram. Downfalls: despite strict vaccination requirements my dog still got kennel cough. He recovered quickly and it wasn't anything severe, but still a bummer. He also had one or two scratches on him. I'd imagine he was playing rough and it wasnt anything serious since his report card was all positive, but it's still something I'll watch out for if he goes back.

Dr. C made a poor initial impression with his curt demeanor. He seemed short and almost dismissive of our pet's situation. For instance, he did not introduce himself when he came in and after a brief greeting, he pointed to the table for our dog and began his assessment without allowing us to provide input. He was halfway out the door before he finally asked if we had any questions. However, It came off as more of a formality versus actually caring if we had any questions and addressing them. The initial interaction, lasting less than two minutes, felt rushed and impersonal, reflecting poor bedside manner. However, Dr. C significantly redeemed himself when he returned with the medications and was very polite and more attentive. Additionally, a gentleman named Alex was extremely kind and helpful, answering many of my questions and putting my mind at ease in the reception lobby. Overall, our experience mostly positive and if I had to point out any areas of improvement , it would be the overall bedside manners that the doctor provided with patients. With that being said, I would return.

Our Bernedoodle is a little nervous at the groomer, but McKayla and her staff go out of their way to adapt to her needs to make sure she feels safe. We've been going for several years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The whole team is knowledgeable and kind and I trust them to take care of our dog, which is hard find these days.
