I called to get an estimate. I was asking what process they use and how much for the 3 rooms, hall and stairs. They advertise on their website special for 3 rooms and stairs you get a free hall for $129 but when I asked for the special he said "only if the rooms are 10x10". I said that was somewhat deceptive advertising and they should change the website to be a bit more clear and he hung up on me! How rude. If that is how little they value customers, I would not trust them with my precious home. read more

A hard working team - Vlad and his wife - with their family owned business. An excellent result. We bought a home and the carpets were dingy and stained looking - dirt stains, not pet stains. I found Vlad on Yelp. He responded promptly with fair pricing. He uses safe products, not dangerous chemicals. They arrived on time. He scrubbed the dirtiest parts by hand with a scrub brush. Those spots and the rest of the carpet are now spotless. When he was done, he said that the carpets appeared to have been done before with the Home Depot rental machine. He said the soap residue coming out of the carpet was heavy and was noticeable while he was working. That could have contributed to the dirt buildup The carpet looks terrific. I went on thumb tack to find a company to clean my carpet in my living room. The rug cleaner that was used before I moved In to my place didn't do a good job. This was hands down the best carpet cleaning we have ever gotten. The carpet look literally brand new. We had really dirty traffic areas, that became very clean. We also had our area rug cleaned. The white parts were very dark and grey in color, it became completely white after cleaning. They really took their time to make sure the whole carpet is spotless. The owner of this company is as hard working as any contractor I have ever seen. Vlad showed up on time and cleaned the tile floors in our rental home, that hadn't been cleaned in twenty years. They were disgusting. He lined up his equipment, rolled up his sleeves and worked all day to remove every stain and spec of dirt.
