I highly recommend attorney Mark Cantrell to anyone in need of a great defense attorney. I witnessed first hand attorney Cantrell when he worked with my boyfriend to get his case dismissed. It's hard to explain, but at the final point of dismissal it sounded like the prosecution was basically begging the court not to dismiss the case but had no legal reasoning to do so. I remember the prosecution saying simply like they felt like it was too early, and the judge said, sure you feel that way but is there a legal reason why... Cantrell on the other hand, pulled out legal code that was obviously overlooked by the prosecutor and thus got my boyfriends case dismissed. Violation of probation was the charge and I was very pleased with the results of having my son out and home with his family. I would not recommend him, he didn't do anything to help my case. He said he would make me a court date for two months. I called the courthouse and they never received any paperwork from him. He kept asking me to send him the same document so obviously he never sent it in. He kept saying he was putting it off for a specific DA who would work with them but on the day we went the DA kept telling him no. so I fired him and went in myself and they had no problem with granting my expungement. When I first called I said I had three cases and somewhere in the middle of the process they claimed I only said it was two so they added another 300 to my bill. On the day we went to court he didn't know anything about my case. You could tell he didn't spend any time reviewing it but simply glanced at it. read more
