Don't believe these people's comments because my experience as a client was different. At the end of the day I paid these guys $10 grand on bogus felony charges from a mentally ill kid that lied. My case wasn't resolved they kept telling me that they didn't want to keep bugging the D.A regarding charges that were not filed on my case because they didn't want to bring attention to my name but after terminating this office I received an itemized break down of charges which showed continual contact between the lawyers office and D.A despite him telling me the opposite. Anyways I didn't feel good from jump after having a free eval in office with a guy named Joseph which i explained what happened and the guy makes a smart remark regarding some papers that I showed him where he made mention to me, go on with that! Worst attorneys. Don't waste your money. Kenyon made us drive 4 hours in traffic with a newborn just for him to try to coherse my husband to take a deal for 4 years and a strike. He said it was the best deal he would get with a prior gun charge. My husband never had a prior gun charge. He never read the discovery, didn't know anything about the case. And still after finding out there was no prior gun charge still attempted to coherse my husband to take the 4years threatened if he tried to take it to trial he would lose and get 10 plus years. We spent $10,000 for the attorney to never read the case. We were supposed to get a receipt but that never happened. We contacted the head attorney Greensburg and he assigned his son Greensburg who didn't even show up to the next courthearing that was the preliminary hearing. And never once did we get full discovery. We fought this case for 2years and never got the video footage or evidence. Finally after draining our savings we had to go with a public defender who on the next court date settled an agreement for 2years probation no jail time. Mind u this lawfirm has almost 5 star ratings and claims to be the best in the county. To be so high rated they are very disappointing. Seems they just take your money and do nothing to help you. I had read other reviews after I hired them about how they do not put effort into your cases if you're a person of color and sure enough that's what happen. They took on a second case for me took my money then basically said that it would be to hard to fight I could have spent my money elsewhere for the second cases and had a fighting chance. Phil hardly showed up to any of my court dates and sent Kenyon who knew nothing of my case and really showed no care or interest in it. Never asked me about the situation. Never done any investigation. Only catered to the DA and only went off what they say they had. Would definitely not recommend them for any case at all. It doesn't help they are in good with the crooked courthouse in Rancho Cucamonga. So now 30K in and they want another 50k for trial which this should have never made it to trial. Phil is the BEST in the game let alone BEST dressed attorney out there and from my experience, and in my opinion they are the BEST firm money can buy!!! I was in need to retain an attorney quick for my husband, but I just couldn't go with just any attorney. After researching and consulting with a handful of attorneys from OC, LA, High desert and even from the inland empire, None worked out for me. I reached out to a friend of mines which referred me to Phil Greenberg/Greenberg & Greenberg, since they were also absolute satisfied with their outcome with Phil's services. The best attorney I have every had! I have talked to quite a few different attorneys and when I met with these guys to talk about my case, they made me feel very comfortable.
