I hired Lawn Frogs to clean up my back yard and remove an above ground pool. While they took the pool down and hauled it off, they regraded my back yard to be more level. After talking with them, I ended up having them, rebuild my back deck, pour concrete for hot tub. And they rebuilt my front porch steps. This was a fantastic experience with them. Lawn Frogs Landscaping just completed a job for us yesterday. The removed some shrubs and a tree from our front yard and replaced it and added river rock and decorative stone edging to the beds. After one year of paying these guys every single month in addition to a couple of projects, they decided I wasn't worth their time anymore and cancelled service to my home. This, I presume because I asked questions about why they hadn't made it out the previous week. This is the only time I complained in a year, despite the fact that the fall project I signed an agreement for didn't start until the Spring with no explanation until after the fact and their guys routinely knocked over my lawn ornaments in my bed and broke a brand new one and didn't even bother to pick them up. They were also very hard on my gate and over-sprayed some areas of lawn. I never complained. I'm not a confrontational person. Overall the yard looked better than it had, so I just swept it under the rug. I should've known when I had to call twice to get an estimate and didn't get a return call for a week after that and then no response for weeks after I first signed the contract that they are just too busy and if you don't like something they can afford to just cancel you apparently. read more

I'm rating Lawn Frogs one-star, not good, because I have called and left messages (at least 2-3 times), sent requests for contact on their site and ... nothing. I do know they received at least one on-line request to contact me because I received, the second time, a standard response stating they would be in touch with me soon. Except that never happened. I am just amazed at a company like this and how rude and impolite this type of behavior on their part is. Maybe they have so much business that they feel justified in ignoring people who show interest in their company, but that is never okay. They may be hopping around today with all kinds of jobs, but word of mouth may hurt them in the end. And, I certainly am going to do what I can to let people know about my experience with Lawn Frogs. So, my advice is, don't even waste your time as I did with this company who feels that they don't even need to respond to someone who shows interest in them. read more

Chad is an amazing customer service oriented professional who does quality work. I recently moved to Kennesaw and Chad and his team did a nice fence install for my dogs. Within 24 hours of me moving in I encountered 3 leaks in different areas two of which were on the water main line. It had nothing to do with the work Chad previously did but since I was new to the area he was the only person I knew to call. He definitely went above and beyond for me making sure all my needs were met including finding someone to help me on a Sunday. Its really hard to find a fair and honest business professional these days, I can honestly say Chad is someone you can rely on with your project. Had someone come out an look at my lawn for some water drainage issues I was having. Very nice guy, walked through what I was looking for and then I began waiting on the quote. I gave it a good 5 weeks before checking in but the e-mail bounced back so I submitted a request through the website again. Same e-mail as previous guy responded to confirm who I was and stated they would check their software. That was about 2 and a half weeks ago now with no response. Gonna leave it at 2 stars since I can't actually rate the service. read more
