What can I say other than PERFECT!!!! I went to Lawrence Clothiers to purchase a tux after not finding what I was looking for at any other retailer, such as Men's Warehouse and Joseph A. Bank to name a couple. Lawrence Clothiers at Springfield Mall in Virginia was the ONLY place that was able to accommodate me with what I was looking for, to PERFECTION!!! When it comes to customer service, this business goes above and beyond to make sure that you're happy and satisfied with your purchase. Throughout my entire shopping experience here, I never once felt like I was pressured into buying a tux, especially one that I wouldn't be totally satisfied with. Mani (who is a genius when it comes to styling) took his time and showed a true interest in what I was envisioning for a tux and tuned it into reality. When it comes to alterations, this place CAN'T be beat. The pants for my tux needed to be altered and they did it right there on the spot. There was no "drop off and pick it up in a week or two", like you might have with a dry cleaners or other alteration providers. And for the alterations that take a little bit more elbow grease, these guys can get it done overnight if need be thanks to their very own on-site seamstress. When it comes to price, Lawrence Clothiers has all other competitors beat, hands down. The amount of money I paid to buy my tux PLUS alterations still ended up being LESS than what I would have paid to simply rent at Men's Warehouse. When it comes to the quality of clothing, this place is unbelievable. I would have easily expected my tux (if they even offered it) to cost at least a grand at any other major retailer. That's one of the main differences between Lawrence Clothiers and other retail giants that I appreciate as a consumer, VESTED INTEREST!!! Other retail clothing giants have an interest in selling you something, ANYTHING, to get your money. Lawrence Clothiers has an interest in getting you EXACTLY what you want. When I went in to the store for my fist visit, Mani said something to me after talking for about a half hour about what I was looking for that stood out to me, which I also attribute to me choosing this store over all the others. He said "My goal isn't for you to come in here and have me sell you a suit. My goal is to have you looking good when you walk out of here and have people saying "damn he looks good...where did he get that suit". I have to say, I honestly have never written a review post in my life, but this is the first time that I've ever felt inclined to do so because the service, product and treatment that I received at Lawrence Clothiers far exceeded all of my expectations. From now on, any suit or tux that I purchase in the future will be from Lawrence Clothiers. And if you guys end up going here, which you should DEFINITELY do, make sure you speak to Mani. "Mani absolutely saved me in a huge way last weekend. Lets me set the stage, I was proposing to my girlfriend (who has stuck it out with me for the last 6 1/2 years between long distance and work, and life in general) last weekend on Halloween. I was in the transition from moving to a new project and traveling back to Northern Virginia. Our so called "costumes" were Vincent Vega and Mia Wallace from Pulp fiction. I wanted to be in a suit to propose. We packed the car headed north Friday night before the party Saturday evening. We go out of the car and I was looking for my suit? I started freaking out and apparently forgot the suit. Not that I had anything on my mind like proposing or anything. I had shoes, socks, belt, "The Ring but no suit. I contacted Mani around 8:00 pm and said MANI ........ I have a HUGE emergency I need a suit and shirt all tailored and pressed for the proposal / party tomorrow. Mani said come in first thing in the morning and "I got you bro". I showed up got measured, tailored and he took it upon himself to fit the suit to me and my measurements. He even sat down behind the sewing machine and started sewing and hemmed my pants right there and didn't send me to seamstress or dry cleaners or anything. So we went to the party and we walked in and everyone was impressed with our costumes and everyone was asking if I had that suit or I purchased it, so I told the story about forgetting the suit and I called my "Suit Guy" and they said of course you have a suit guy. They said who make it, I told them its Italian and not super expensive either. I walked out the door with everything under $350.00. I told them Mani or Roni are absolutely awesome. Working with Mani at Lawrence Clothiers was absolutely the best experience we have ever had buying suits. My difficult to fit husband needed several suits and dress shirts and we were dreading spending hours looking and being fitted. Our daughter's boyfriend highly recommended that we go see Mani after having such a good experience himself buying a suit for a wedding. Being a 53 year old businessman, my husband was a little leery when he saw some of the flashier suits displayed in one of the windows. But seeing the more traditional suits in the other window, we ventured in. So glad we did! Mani is so friendly, personable, and absolutely a true menswear professional. Everything about my experience with Mani and Roni of Lawrence Clothiers was exceptionally AMAZING! They were professional AND personable. A client recommended Lawrence Clothiers to me when I tasked her with helping me find a location for my wedding wardrobe. I wanted a vintage theme, something elegant, different, distinct for my groomsmen. When I first walked into the store, I knew it would be my landing point. Everything was laid out so wonderfully. Customer service was above anything you could imagine. Without going into full details, Roni and Mani will have you feel like true VIP. The selection here is great. You will find them very unique to other similar stores and department stores. The customer service is also top notch when Mani is there. Mani is the type of person that brings customers in and back again as he is incredibly friendly, warm, and professional. He also keeps his word and made it apparent to me that my satisfaction and the value I got for my money was important to him. I had intended to rent a suit for an occasion as I had lost a great deal of weight recently. Rather than spend too much renting or possibly buying a suit that could end up being too big as I continued to lose weight, Mani encouraged me to bring in an old suit to have altered and save as much money as possible. I did so with only 4 days to spare, and it turned out to be the best fitting suit I had ever worn much less owned. After wearing it, I returned a week later with a request to add back 3/4" to the length of the slacks just for my own personal preference, and it was done free of charge and completed in a couple of days. Mani showed real concern that I was unsatisfied, but I assured him that I was and that this was just a minor adjustment. Hands down the best place to shop with impeccable customer service! We went there to buy a suit for my dad based on a referral, Mani remembered the two gentleman that referred us there and their taste in suits. He asked us what were looking for showed us suits exactly relevant to that. He is someone who truly cares about customer service in the current world where customer service seems to be extinct everywhere else. He had my dad try on the full outfit with matching shirts to get a complete visual to decide if this is the suit we wanted to purchase measured alterations and gave us a great deal for the suit including alterations! We were looking for a specific shoes and he knew he didn't have them in his store so he walked us to ANOTHER store referring us there and gave us a great deal on that as well! This is a long overdue review but I just want to say that Mani was absolutely the most helpful person I had done business while planning my wedding. Mani has quite a selection of suits from basic to flashy and has the capability of ordering styles that you want. I needed 1 tuxedo and 8 suits for me and my wedding party and Mani worked with us in order for us to get everything ready for my wedding. Everyone got a complete 3-piece suit except shoes for cheaper than renting from Men's Warehouse. All of my groomsmen either came in to get measured or sent their measurements to Mani before we ordered the suits and then Mani had them fitted again right before the wedding. We brought in one of the bridesmaids dresses and we matched the color to the groomsmen's vests and ties. All-in-all, Mani was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted on our wedding day and we really appreciate all of his help! read more

Great first time experience! I am in law-enforcement and my new duties require me to wear suits on a weekly basis. The problem is that all my suits are baggy. The new style is "slim fit". I called Men's Wearhouse but they were backed up in orders and stated it would take at least a month for them to tailor any of my suits. In addition, their tailoring fees were ridiculous. I found Lawrence Clothiers on yelp and saw their amazing reviews, so I gave them a chance. Im glad I did! I was assisted by Moe. Moe told me that he had over 20 years of experience in tailoring and it showed. this lead me to writing my first review ever on yelp. Moe tailored seven of my suits. While i was their i ended up buying a suit that he also tailored. My visit was yesterday and I am scheduled to pick up my suits on December 1st. In the middle of Novrmbrt 2024 I attended two formal functions in Philadelphia which required a tuxedo suit with black tie for the first night and tails with white tie for the second night. I walked into Lawrence Clothiers looking for some business suits. I hadn't worn a suit for work...ever...so I had no idea what I was looking for or even what would match with what. As I was stumbling around looking, Mani met me and asked what I was looking for. He took what I told him and came up with two (possibly soon to be three) suits along with different shirt and tie combinations that gave me well over 10 different options for work. I purchased the suits and within two days they were altered and fit great. His color recommendations were great and I've gotten several positive comments from people I work with. This place has been really great and instrumental for my wedding. I went to Lawrence a year or two ago to get a suit jacket for New Year's Eve and had a great experience with salesman Mo and tailor Gladys. I went back again to find my wedding attire, this time I got to meet Manny (manager). Manny was kind, and we got to engage in interesting and friendly conversations. I ended up getting a suit jacket, white button up shirt, bow tie, and pocket square from here. Alterations were completed within a week! I also purchased a suit jacket and pants from different companies, and had them altered by Lawrence Clothiers! Everything turned out great! I was so happy with my fit. Man.....when I tell you that these guys (Manny especially) got my groomsmen and I ALL THE WAY together....They did the damn thing (check out some of the looks on people magazines webpage)!!
