I registered online (great option by the way) scheduled an appointment for Thursday to get an exam/x-ray. Come to find out they needed to be pulled. They were so accommodating and Maria explained to me so well of what the options were and how things could go. They were even willing to extract them for me the same day but I wasn't prepared. I scheduled for Friday morning instead (next day). During my visit I got to meet some of the nicest people that clearly LOVE their profession. Everyone from the front to the procedure itself were excellent in making my nerves calm for this. I was told, "Dr Trevasani is no longer doing dental implants, just wisdom teeth removals". I said that's not what I asked. They said I needed to find another dentist. I have been to numerous other dentists who specialize in dental implants. I was told that the space in the back of the upper dentures couldn't be repaired. That I'd have to get an entirely new one made. I was told the bottom denture was actually MY original denture. Yet I was charged for upper and lower. 3 different dentists will not touch me.
