In the graphic imaging my breasts were higher up/nipples were more centered. Now, a year later my nipples face the floor. I was informed I would need a breast lift, which I was very disappointing to hear considering I just got my breasts done. It could be the way my body is shaped, I don't know, but I am 20 years old so they shouldn't be "saggy" (which they're not) but my nipple does angle down to the floor now, as before surgery it was centered. However, the scarring was very minimal and recovery was tough, but worth it. The atmosphere in this building is wonderful.

I had a terrible experience with one of them, he basically made reconstruction sound like no big deal, no need for physical therapy and showed me tear drop shaped implants. I decided to get a second opinion on this "too good to be true" reconstruction. I landed in Dr Kalnoki's office, SHE IS THE BEST! Not only did she spend 2 hours with me at my consult, she explained why you need therapy and what shape implants (not the tear drops because they'll flip and you'll have awkward boobs), all about risks and benefits and how to choose whats best for you, as an INDIVIDUAL. She's done a fellowship and has immense knowledge. I woke up from my mastectomy with reconstruction happy as a clam! My breasts look almost identical to before they were removed and redone! Dr K monitored me closely and her office staff, Tammy answers all my questions....Holly helps you schedule and Kris knows about insurance. They are wonderful. Being a gym/swim gorilla they kept me on a tight leash and didn't sugar coat anything. More offices need to be like that! I am going in for some fat-grafting procedures to make sure my breasts are even closer to normal. Dr K takes your own fat and injects it where you have divots and dimples. She has a very keen eye. The CO2 laser was applied after waiting 40 mimutes in office for lidocaine to kick in. The way in which she half-@$$ed slathered numbing cream== wrong, client can apply prior to appt time & not waiting an additional 40 minutes. I was non too happy. Kayla misinformed me regarding time to complete application & results. Regarding time I have to guess she is again unaware. She quoted 30-40 minute application. She was off!! She simply didn't care. I drove 2 hours on my time not one staff member contacted a potential employee familiar with C02 laser?? Is anybody familiar or have tenure?? No. Last visit staffer responded .... "those are your results.....that's what ya get, have a good one, see ya!" . Incompetent at its best! No offer to make amends speak w/ practicing doctor. Results have been awful: I was so overdosed I developed swelling and a hematoma - in my leg! Joint pain in my knees, back, and a very stiff neck, a very puffy face, eyes and my eyelids are drooping significantly.). I truly cannot believe how off-base the dosage and treatment was by the NP. Completely irresponsible care, and very little urgency to help when I called the office with concerns - could not get a follow up for over a week to address my issues. I'll be going back to my provider in Boston after this experience.

Doctor missed one spot to remove fat tissues even though I specially asked to remove that spot before the surgery because it was start to forming on left corner. Doctor performed surgery fast, so I hardly had any bruises around my eyes. Well, I rather have some bruises than fat tissues left. Bruises will fade off but fat tissues will not! He offered me to have a surgery again but the situation is not allowed to spare at least a week off work for surgery. It cost a lot of money, but result is not really satisfied.

Her and her staff were supportive pre-op but the morning of the surgery I felt like I was a nuisance when she came to see me. Despite our conversations she asked, so what size are we going for today? I was under the impression that a surgeon on staff at the hospital would be highly vetted but that is not the case. The result was lopsidedness, ropey scarring, misalignment of breasts and nipples, and when I voiced my concerns, both the staff and her were dismissive and tried to tell me it was because I wasn't taking care of my incisions. Despite buying everything out there and doing massage routines several times a day. Blaming the patient seems to be their main method of dealing with patient concerns based on reading reviews about her on several different sites. But based on logic, there's no amount of rubbing oil on my skin that can make my nipples the same color or realign them or make both of my breasts the same size again. During my follow-up appointments with my cancer surgeon, she honestly gasped the first time she saw the results. She was obviously very upset and told me I should approach the hospital. I have no intention of going under the knife again and it has been 5 years. I wouldn't trust Dr Marble to take a splinter out of my finger. I hope no one else who reads this does either.
