In the graphic imaging my breasts were higher up/nipples were more centered. Now, a year later my nipples face the floor. I was informed I would need a breast lift, which I was very disappointing to hear considering I just got my breasts done. It could be the way my body is shaped, I don't know, but I am 20 years old so they shouldn't be "saggy" (which they're not) but my nipple does angle down to the floor now, as before surgery it was centered. However, the scarring was very minimal and recovery was tough, but worth it. The atmosphere in this building is wonderful.

The tummy tuck he did perform made my stomach look even worse than what I started with. He did not pull the skin tight enough which left me with a shelf of loose skin above the horizontal incision he just didn't pull the skin tight enough as he should have. He also ruined my bellybutton, usually the incision is hidden inside the belly button so it's not as noticeable, he just went right around it on the outside with a diamond shaped cut and left very visible scar. He also did not perform the muscle repair like he said he would. He had the audacity to tell me at my 3 month appointment that what I was pointing out to him was a "bone" and not a separation in my muscles, acting like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. He said that he did was he was supposed to do and then said he no longer needed to see me after that appointment. I'd also like to note that they never checked in on my after my surgery to see how I was doing and I was never given a phone # to call/text him if I had any issues. I was lucky enough to find another surgeon to fix his mistakes in April, 2023 and apparently, had a very bad hernia, which was not mentioned at all during Dr. Gray's appointments. Based on what he did to me, I think Dr. Gray is past his prime when it comes to performing extensive surgeries. If I could give this doctor 0 stars, I would. Save your money and find another surgeon. The scars from the surgery were hideous and I had to pay a dermatologist for laser treatment to reduce the scarring. I suffered from severe contracture of my left breast. When I went back to Gray's office, all they told me to do was to keep massaging them. Had another plastic surgeon correct the issue and I should add the scars from that surgery were non existent! I was under the impression that a surgeon on staff at the hospital would be highly vetted but that is not the case. The result was lopsidedness, ropey scarring, misalignment of breasts and nipples, and when I voiced my concerns, both the staff and her were dismissive and tried to tell me it was because I wasn't taking care of my incisions. Despite buying everything out there and doing massage routines several times a day. Blaming the patient seems to be their main method of dealing with patient concerns based on reading reviews about her on several different sites. But based on logic, there's no amount of rubbing oil on my skin that can make my nipples the same color or realign them or make both of my breasts the same size again. During my follow-up appointments with my cancer surgeon, she honestly gasped the first time she saw the results. She was obviously very upset and told me I should approach the hospital. I have no intention of going under the knife again and it has been 5 years. I wouldn't trust Dr Marble to take a splinter out of my finger. I hope no one else who reads this does either.

Was seen for chronic nasal dryness and was told that everything I was experiencing was normal. It is absolutely not normal! And they weren't willing to investigate further to get to the bottom of the issue. Only open one day a week for allergy shots. Restart your treatment completely due to the holidays and their lack of available appointments, then charge you for more testing. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
