I had a good experience at Atlantic Plastic surgery. The staff was very friendly and organized. They are quick and efficient. My BA did not turn out the way I expected it to. In the graphic imaging my breasts were higher up/nipples were more centered. Now, a year later my nipples face the floor. I was informed I would need a breast lift, which I was very disappointing to hear considering I just got my breasts done. It could be the way my body is shaped, I don't know, but I am 20 years old so they shouldn't be "saggy" (which they're not) but my nipple does angle down to the floor now, as before surgery it was centered. However, the scarring was very minimal and recovery was tough, but worth it. The atmosphere in this building is wonderful. read more

I cannot recommend this place enough! I am so picky with my eyebrows, and have had some horror stories in the past, and am so impressed with the work done here! I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed by the lovely Rachel. I was scared as my eyebrows had never been waxed before but she was incredible! She talked me through everything she was doing and made the experience super painless! She was able to understand my brief description of what I wanted and then was able to effectively execute the final job. I am obsessed with how they turned out!! The environment inside is super clean, smells great, and the staff is super friendly and nice. I am definitely coming and would recommend 10/10 read more

If you are looking to get a tummy tuck, do not go to this practice. In November of 2022, Dr. Gray was supposed to perform a tummy tuck with a muscle repair on me. The tummy tuck he did perform made my stomach look even worse than what I started with. He did not pull the skin tight enough which left me with a shelf of loose skin above the horizontal incision he just didn't pull the skin tight enough as he should have. He also ruined my bellybutton, usually the incision is hidden inside the belly button so it's not as noticeable, he just went right around it on the outside with a diamond shaped cut and left very visible scar. He also did not perform the muscle repair like he said he would. He had the audacity to tell me at my 3 month appointment that what I was pointing out to him was a "bone" and not a separation in my muscles, acting like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. He said that he did was he was supposed to do and then said he no longer needed to see me after that appointment. I'd also like to note that they never checked in on my after my surgery to see how I was doing and I was never given a phone # to call/text him if I had any issues. I was lucky enough to find another surgeon to fix his mistakes in April, 2023 and apparently, had a very bad hernia, which was not mentioned at all during Dr. Gray's appointments. Based on what he did to me, I think Dr. Gray is past his prime when it comes to performing extensive surgeries. If I could give this doctor 0 stars, I would. Save your money and find another surgeon. I'm out $11,500 from his botch job and then I had to pay another surgeon to fix his screw up... read more

Had to go in 4 (yes, that's FOUR) times to get my lips fixed (I had juvederm injected). I've had this done three or four previous times when I lived in Boston with NO problems whatsoever. However, this time the dr. at Atlantic Plastic Surgery didn't seem to get what he was doing. I wasn't getting a ton put in so this should not have been that difficult. Just a little extra volume, but he kept doing one side bigger, than the other, until when I went in the fourth time I looked like I'd been in a fight! I also had Botox done at the same time (both in August 2009) and now, in early Oct. (today is the 5th), it's all but worn off. That should NOT happen. I've had Botox several times before as well - more than juvederm - and it has always lasted for six months or more. Again - an inexperienced dr. who clearly didn't know how much to put in. I literally might as well have flushed $500+ down the toilet it was THAT ineffective. After having to go back 4 times for him to fix my lips I'm not inclined to go in now as I don't trust him to be competent enough to fix the Botox situation. I only wish I hadn't trusted my friends' previous recommendation and instead had gone with my gut and headed back down to my usual people in Wellesley, Mass. My advice: find somewhere else who knows what they're doing! This place is more reasonably priced than most in the area, but you CLEARLY get what you pay for!! read more

Dr Grey did a great job in drastically reducing my large painful keloid scar. His job was not easy as this scar was in the middle of my chest. I feel Dr Grey did a good job of explaining what his plan was, but I did have to prod a little. In typical surgeon fashion he is not one for many words, but this is not such an undesirable trait. Between him and Dr. Ballentine's follow up injections I am left with a scar and some possible keloid spots. I am not fully healed and with Keloid's there is always the chance that what you do will not help or make it worse. My hat is off to Dr Grey and his staff for nearly eliminating mine. The primary reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I really wish Dr Grey would have spent a little more time telling me what he was planning instead of me having to question it out of him. I would have left 4.75 stars, but that option does not exist. read more

I had a tummy tuck with Dr. Gray recently. I am so happy with how I look now. This surgeon did a fantastic job. It's going to make a big difference for me. I lost 45 pounds and had a lot of loose skin and still more weight around the middle I just could not get rid of. Now it's all gone and I have not had a middle like this since I was a teenager. Dr. Grays' staff were so good to me. They fussed over me and made me feel really well taken care of and actually cared about, especially Dee and Sandy. What a really nice experience.
