This was the most painless car buying experience I've ever had. I'm so used to being attacked by dishonest salesman and being swindled by finance that I was honestly taken aback and surprised by how nice, respectful, honest, and kind the entire staff were. When I showed up first thing in the morning right as they we're opening I was greeted by a friendly staff member and promptly pointed in the direction of my salesman (Cory Terrell). He took me outside to see the vehicle, and the vehicle was exactly as he had described over the phone (I live 5 hours away in college station), and showed me in detail every defect he had described over the phone. They let me take my time with the vehicle and didn't rush me into the office like usual. After I was done with the test drive we went over the price and there was no hostility, no fighting back and forth, no surprises, just honest negotiation and business. After we settled on the price, I was brought into the Sales office, and greeted by Pete Klein, one of the most respectful Sales Consultants ive ever met. The paperwork signing wasn't rushed, and I wasn't pressured into anything, just offered warranties in a very friendly way. He explained everything I was signing in perfect detail and let me take my time and ask questions. I've never had a more rewarding dealership experience than this one.
