Thank you ATLS for saving us after our other pre-arranged and pre-paid transportation left us stranded at LAX. A huge thank you to dispatcher Monica for hearing the desperation in my voice over the phone and for quickly finding us a driver and to our awesome driver Bill for the great ride home. Exceptional service! Compared to other car services that I found online, they were the best price. On top of that, after I reserved the car online, I called them to make sure that they had the reservation and asked how my boss would recognize the driver and car. They said they would call him as he landed, since they track the flight, and they will get a description of what he was wearing. He was picked up by 9:30am and dropped off in Agoura by 11am. He said the driver was so professional and the overal service was great. I am so happy they took care of him. read more

I recently used this service for last minute transportation from LAX. I was very impressed with how courteous the driver Angel was.  He arrived early at the airport and unfortunately there was a delay with getting my luggage off the plane however, Angel was very patient and did not make me feel rushed as if I was inconveniencing his schedule.  The ride home was about an hour but it was not one of those  uncomfortable or awkward rides as I have experienced with drivers from other car services .  I will never use any other car service again and I will alway request Angel as my driver! read more

I decided to spend my 40th birthday at "the happiest place on earth" so I booked an ATLS town car September 8th to pick me, my husband and 18 month old from LAX to The Grand Californian. Our first driver Rico was on time, friendly and professional. We had a nice quiet smooth ride to the resort. I initially planned to just hire a taxi back to the airport on the 12th but since we had such a nice experience with Rico as our driver I decided to book with ATLS for the return trip and that's where things got weird. I have no idea what the drivers name was because he never introduced himself nor spoke one word in the car. I felt really uncomfortable. My husband and son fell asleep during the drive and I sat quietly going through e-mails. When we arrived the driver pulled up to the curb unloaded our bags and sped off. He sped off so fast that I couldn't get my drink out of the back seat AND he didn't close the back door!. So when he sped off the back door flew open and the strangest thing is he didn't stop the car to close it he just kept driving! I don't think I would book with them again unless I could request the driver. I sent a e-mail to customer service but never received a response. If you do decide to book with then I would highly recommend that you prepay the gratuity. read more

Every time I have used ATLS they have come through, they have been there when they said they would. And delivered me where I needed to be, safely and on time. I love that the company is family-owned. The way they do business seems to mean they want it to reflect well on every member of the family. One driver told me the way the company looks at it, 15 minutes early is "on time." ATLS Car Service is the best! I called last minute as I was going to the Eagles at the Forum and didn't want to deal with parking. Will, the owner, changed his plans to be able to drive us. I've used ATLS since they opened, as has my company, and have had only the best experience. They take great care in customer service, every driver is personable and professional. I just want to say, that when I ordered a car from ATLS I didn't expect the fantastic service they gave me even though I wasn't the passenger. I ordered a car to pick up my son from his honeymoon on 9-30, which also was carmageddon II here in LA. First of all they upgraded the car at no cost and I had ordered the 'meet and great' feature and I was pleasantly surprised when my son said they were met by the chauffer with a cart for their luggage. Also, they had water bottles and mints in the car for them and I didn't even request that. I would TOTALLY recommend them to my friends/family for use in the future. Very reasonably priced as well. We have been using this car service for a few years now and have NEVER had any issues with them. They have taken us to airports, events and work at times. The drivers are all very courteous, always on time, and the cars are all very clean. They had always taken care of our special requests like multiple car seats for our kids, DVDs for them to watch etc. We LOVE Rico and Jose ;) Someone mentioned that their driver crossed the double lane to get into carpool--big whooping deal. Their job is to get you to your destination ON TIME. If they were pulled over, the company would be responsible for the ticket, not the passenger so what do you care...5 stars all the way! read more

Recently took my family to LA for a week of Hollywood tours, Universal, Disney and then a few days of sun in Palm Desert. Everything was so fun and the kids were thrilled. One of our fondest memories though was the car service from ATLS that we used to shuttle us around to our various hotels. The cars were modern, clean, & punctual. The driver's were so polite & helpful and were quick to accommodate any kind of extra request we may have had for wanting to detour somewhat to take in some LA sites. The price was great and was actually better than if we would have had to rent a van for the week to drive ourselves around, especially since there was 6 of us plus luggage....We were especially impressed that the owner of the service drove us himself for a couple of the trips, one of the nicest guys I've met and extremely helpful with any information that would make our trip more fun. I will certainly use ATLS every time I have to travel around LA & surrounding area! Great job ATLS, can't wait to come back!! read more

Let me just say that I have never been disappointed by the service from a car company prior to actually using the service before dealing with ATLS. I made my reservation for a ride from Venice to lax using their Mercedes SL 550 two weeks ago, tonight, the night before I leave for the airport in the morning I get a call from David, the manager telling me that due to their poor planning and inability to think ahead in an industry they've been in for years all of their Mercedes vehicles are "hold up" in Vegas and won't be available till the end of the next day. Before I can even be their customer they pull this. They offered to take a mere 30 dollars off my bill in exchange for a towncar as the best they could do. I am the manager of a restaurant and to say that this company is completely inept is a gross understatement. I had to scramble to find another car service last minute to make sure that I don't miss my 6 am flight in the morning. Don't waste your time on a company that has no respect for reservations, your time or your money. read more
