Person on the phone was so friendly and patient with my questions, and the price was in line with the taxi service I called which didn't come with a car seat. I usually shop around a lot more but I just had a good feeling about this place. I was so pleased with our service from LAX airport on June 10,2024. Our driver Jason stayed in contact with us through text messages. We were able to join up with Jason within 10 minutes of coming out of the airport. It was easy to arrange a car service by calling and setting up the arrangement. We needed two stops with the one service and was able to do so with a minimum fee. My husband and I needed to go to our hotel close to the airport and my daughter needed to go to her place of work to get her car. Jason knew the best routes, was a safe driver and made sure our daughter was secure to head off in her car. I would not advise using. These guys advertise a flat rate and send you the authorization. Then when they pick you up at the airport they submit a second authorization for additional fees. Their price when from a flat rate of 165 to 265. They just put the second charge through with no authorization. Totally unethical. read more

I've been using ATLS for over 10 years. In that time, I've booked at least 30 trips for my friends and family with this company . I just got back to traveling again post COVID-19. Rather than booking airport transport with a stranger from Lyft/Uber I again relied on ATLS to take me and family to and from the airport. ATLS has always been and still is my go to choice for transportation in the LA area. The drivers are always courteous and the vehicles super clean. I was really impressed by the plexiglass divider they had custom installed in the SUV to help protect passengers from COVID. I also appreciate the text message reminders before take-off and landing letting me know who my driver will be and their exact contact information. I am sure there are probably cheaper transportation options out there, but when it comes to getting safe and reliable transportation for your family I highly recommended ATLS. read more

$75 for a 30 minute trip from sunset & Bundy to LAX??? Homy don't play that. No way! What was a downer, was that I had to fill one form on their site thinking I would get a quote, only to be directed to another longer form asking me all kinds of details about the flight etc. It said they need further info before we give you a quote. I used this car service when I was visiting LA. I was able to request a quote online and received a response within the hour. I reserved the reservation online and received a 10% discount. I also received an email confirmation. Upon arriving to LAX I received a call from the driver letting me know that he was near by and to call him when I was ready to be picked up. The driver was very courteous and the vehicle I was picked up in was very clean. I prefer this service over a taxi any day. Their pricing is also comparable to taking a taxi. I do NOT recommend this company at all. I booked a car to have my family picked up and taken to the airport at 3:00am and they were a no show. If you want a reliable company I was not book with them. They were filled with excuses when we called them. They said the payment was rejected and they canceled our reservation; however, the credit card was still charged, we never got a cancelation email, nor did they ever attempt to call to inform us there was a problem with the card. I booked ATLS for a recent flight because they have someone you can call, and talk to, unlike the other company I was using that says "leave your # and we will get back to you." Since my return flight arrived at LAX at 11PM, and by the time I got through customs it would be almost midnight, I thought having someone I could call was a necessity. On the departure, Damon was the driver, and was already waiting for me when I got out of my building 10 minutes early. As it happened, on the return pick up at midnight, I did have to call, as the driver (Alan) was at the airport, but not in front of the exit. Someone answered immediately, and within a couple of minutes, he was there. Both Damon and Alan were courteous and very pleasant and professional, the car was immaculate, with a bottle of water waiting for me, which I really needed. I had a GREAT experience with ATLS. my usual car service company, BLS, cancelled on me last minute due to lack of drivers. I contacted 3 other places and no one could help. Then my wife found ATLS and they said they could get me later that day at LAX. When I landed, I had a text from the waiting driver, Will. We easily coordinated the curbside pick up and i was in the car ten minutes after de-boarding. Other companies just want to pick you up and drop you off as fast as possible with no interaction or conversation. There just striving to make the most runs and money in a day and they make you feel rushed and uncomfortable. Where as ATLS and the staff are more professional on EVERY level. We have used this service on our last two trips to LA from Sydney, Australia. We have found the service to be sensational, always on time and provides clean vehicles with great service. Our first time using the service in 2010 we were so impressed we had Will take us out for a day around LA, he connected us with great retailers and drove us up to Malibu for lunch at a great seaside restaurant we would never have found on our own. We made a reservation for a pick up from LAX 2 weeks prior. Our flight was to arrive at 430 which is why we requested a pick up at 5. Our confirmation email confirmed a pick up at 5 with our flight number. Our 24 hour notice confirmed a pick up at 5. Our flight was early and we called for our pick up at 450. We were advised that because they did not have our flight number they could not track our flight and since we were early the driver was not available and should be there within 5-10 min. By 510 there was no driver. We called back and were then advised that they had tried to call us the day before because they did not have our flight number and since there was no answer they left a message. I advised the dispatcher that I did have a "missed" call but no voice mail from their company and if the flight number was so important that they could have emailed me for the information. The dispatcher then advised that many times flights are delayed or late and this was another reason the driver was not there at 5. This statement made no sense and did not apply since our flight was EARLY. The driver finally arrived after 520. I emailed the company that I was not happy that I was given misleading information and forwarded a copy of the confirmation email which had my pick up time and flight number and the 24 hour notice which also confirmed a 5am pick up. We received a call back to which they left a message. We called back twice and the manager was never in the office. We left 2 messages and never received a return call. I would NOT recommend this car service due to a lack of customer service. read more

Highly recommend them. Great family run operation and they are consistent and professional. There are only a few things a car service need do: 1. Be on time 2. Be clean 3. Be courteous It's amazing how many utterly fail at these basics, while charging just as much or more than ATLS. The 2 star review seems harsh. Car services sometimes have to make changes because it's either get a SUV or be late. I've had other services that ASK ME for directions, show up with a stretch limo party wagon, almost take out pedestrians and smoke smelling interiors.... On the day of Madonna's Los Angeles concert at Staples I called ATLS to drive us there and back. Not only was their price competitive with the other car services I called, but they were courteous, and well-spoken over the phone, so I chose them. I could not have done better! Their vehicle was beautiful and a pleasure to ride in and the driver (and owner) was so nice. When Madonna's show went 1.5 hours late, I kept them in the loop (via cell and text) and ATLS was there to take us home at 12:30am when our planned pick-up time was 11pm. I live in a hard-to-find part of the Hollywood Hills and I've never had any problem with the driver arriving on time. I've read the comments posted by other people below who claim they had a bad experience and I find those comments hard to believe. I've never had a bad experience with ATLS. I fly every week for business and I use ATLS as my first choice for ground transportation. Your other alternatives in Los Angeles are very expensive limo services or horrible taxi cabs. Damon was on time, actually called as I was walking off the plane and I was in the car 5 minutes later. The cost was the same or close to the same amount as a cab. Upon landing at LAX, I received a text informing me that my driver was en-route to the airport and instructed me to call when I picked up my bag at baggage claim. I called, my chauffeur, G, arrived curbside within 5 minutes. Then started a delightful 1+ hour drive to my destination at Newport Beach. Great conversation!
