I have never used one & wasn't event quite sure if this would be a good fit for my needs. I am a bedridden paraplegic that suffers from legs that curl and lock up after consistent spasms. Additionally I have lower lumbar pain daily that I am medicated for due to the strength of the pain. My shoulders are extremely tight due to trying to manage these issues daily. I was low expectations that someone would be willing to handle the issues that I have. Alinda responded swiftly to my inquiry & comforted me that she would care for all these issues and provide me with relief. I was skeptical. She was a great communicator & on time for our appointment, in which she was willing to provide me same day service as my initial inquiry. She did everything in my room allowing me to stay in my bed. She was even cautious to ensure I did not slip out of my bed with the side rails down. She patiently asked me where I would like to focus on and after she worked on my legs they have been easier to move and straighted out. When I asked her to apply more pressure on my shoulders, she is VERY strong yet with the perfect touch. She even reached out to me the following day to check on me. She is wonderful and extremely skilled. I cannot recommend her higher. Thank you so much Alinda for your professionalism, amazing massage, patience, and attention to detail. Since discovering the El Segundo location, it's become my go-to spot whenever I'm in need of a massage. I've been coming here for 2 years or so, I always request a combo massage for 90 minutes. Sometimes I'll add enhancements like hot aroma oil or hot stones. They have a number of add ons to choose from, make sure you ask about them! The location is extremely professional and very tidy. You're greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome from the receptionist--usually Tanya (I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly). From the moment you walk in, a sense of peace and calm starts to wash over you as you're led to your room. The instructions are simple: remove your clothing, keep your undergarments on, and relax while you enjoy your massage. I'm not even looking for other places anymore because the level of service they provide here is just THAT GOOD. I can confidently say I haven't found a better place for a massage.
