Love this place. So glad it is open again. Before it closed I found Lanna and was getting massages monthly. I booked with Lanna again today and I had a lovely 50 minute hot stone massage on 3/21/21. It was magical and much needed! The room was clean and warm and the addition of the hot stones today really added to a much needed massage. All the folks have been great at this location. This is not a high end spa but a basic massage parlor with some gifted staff and good prices. read more

Without a doubt, the best massage I've ever had. June was my therapist (she also provided my very nice basic facial) and she was terrific! I was looking for a place that did sports massages to help me with some pulled muscles in my back/shoulder and picked this one because it was close. It was great! I first had Lek, who was quickly able to identify the tension spots, and really worked hard to try to resolve them. She started using the hot stones to try to help out and didn't charge me for it. I admired how she saw the tension as a challenge and tried using different skills and techniques to work on it, and did not hesitate to suggest that I needed someone with more skills. After that I started seeing Zona, and she is great! She's really really good and finding your pressure spots, so don't make her angry! Just kidding! But she is really really good at finding tense spots and working on them. Of course, if it was too much, I'd ask her to reduce the pressure and she would. I saw her for 5-6 weeks until my back started feeling better, and may go back for the occasional stay-in-shape massage. read more

I almost didn't want to leave this review because I didn't want Lanna to get too booked for me, but I had the massage of a lifetime!! I had a 1.5 hr deep tissue with Lanna and I will be back in no time...her hands were the softest I have ever felt and she found every single problem area in my back and neck. I felt as if she truly spent her time working on me and cared for me instead of trying to hurry and finish the massage for another person. There was some loud banging from the next room or above during the massage which wasn't the most relaxing, but that wasn't Lanna's fault. Ok, Where to start. This was my third visit and I wanted to bring a friend for my bday. They have a 10 off coupon posted here and went i got to the massage place told them about my new friend and the coupon about three times. First they acted like they did not understand english and kept telling me ok ok - So I went in or my massage by Lana which was a good massage but when it was over they did not want to acknowledge the coupon basically as if i made it up myself and this was the worst part for me - they HARASS you for tips instead of letting you give them what they deserve- LANA tried to enter her own tip amount on my credit card. I was sooooooooo upset by that - As a professional you do not enter your tip amount on anyones credit card unless advised ... I will not be going back. read more

Took my friend here and we both got 1hr sports massages. It was his first time getting a massage and his mind was blown! I've gotten plenty of massages but this was still one of the best I've had! Masseuses we're so nice and very communicative about target areas and pressure levels and really took the time and care to focus on trouble areas rather than just moving around the body until the time was up! Beware of the "gratuity" policy! I had a great massage, however, when I tipped the masseuse 20 dollars, she asked me if I meant 20%, which I said, no, 20 dollars. She asked me if I was feeling ok and offered me some water twice--perhaps with the hope that I was going to change my mind. I realized later that they have a sign in the front desk stating exactly what they expect to receive for gratuity. Since when, a gratuity is mandatory and scripted? Don't these people know that this a voluntary tip, not a tax, or surcharge? Make sure you know you will be paying much more than the regular fees. The masseuses are co-owners (associates) rather than workers, and the massage prices are not cheap. I'd have rather preferred they increase the prices rather than tricking customers to pay more in a tax-free gratuity scheme. read more

I scheduled a last min appointment for today after reading reviews here on yelp. The therapist I scheduled with was LEK So happy that I did. I get full body massages quite often, and have been to many places to do so and as "scripted" as this may sound, I can honestly say without a doubt this was the best massage I've ever received in my life. The facility was clean and smelled amazing upon entering , I was assisted right away and my massage began on time. LEK made sure I was comfortable with the temperature in the room , and checked with me throughout the massage to make sure I was okay with the amount of pressure. I didn't even have to specify the areas I had problems with, either she is that good at her job that she could feel with her hands where the pains were, or she paid that much attention to me as the patient and how I responded or tensed up when she reach areas I was having pain at. Either way, she was amazing. I'm so grateful and happy, I feel so relaxed and I will never go anywhere else for a massage. read more

We came in here before a flight home and it was just what we needed. The staff were courteous and professional and the parlor had a variety of massage types to choose from. I got the Thai & Swedish combo massage, something I had never seen, and it was just the right combination. If you've never received a Thai massage it can be deep tissue & a combo of stretching but you can specify your strength level in the beginning. I would recommend and would return if in LA. read more

Had a hot stone one hour massage. Very nice environment and made me super relaxed and comfortable. Issue would be to make the minimum tip amount sign more obvious in store and on web reservation page. I made an appointment online and was not notified about the minimum tip amount. So when I tipped under the lady asked for two dollars more. It was a bit awkward but I had no problem paying it. Good service you know? But like if I would've saw the sign or saw the reminder on your web when I made the reservation, we could've avoided the awkwardness. I personally found this place very difficult to get a hold of. I scheduled an appointment last night and woke up feeling sick in the morning. I contacted them at their listed phone number three times and left two voicemails to try to cancel my appointment. I then went to the confirmation text they sent me and tried to text them back from there which referred me to their number that they don't answer. I also tried sending an email at their listed email address and it is invalid. I then tried to cancel my appointment via the online system which then told me to call to cancel. Since I've made these calls and attempts to reach out, I've received another email and a text asking me to confirm my appointment. Yet, those emails and texts don't accept responses back. I'm super frustrated and just hope I don't get a cancellation fee. read more

This is a legit massage parlor. Earlier in the week I injured myself by not properly stretching before and after working out. I came in last minute on Valentine's Day on a hope and prayer they would have availability. They were able to fit me in immediately. They offer a variety of massages with various durations and intensity levels. I picked the sports massage for an hour with medium intensity. The masseuse was June, she provided an excellent massage and made sure I was comfortable during the process. Nee is the absolute BEST massage therapist I've EVER had! She is so caring and wants to make sure she addresses any issues you're having so you leave feeling genuinely better. I found a gem! I called Sat 9pm, desperate for a massage. Understandable, I had to wait until Sunday morning. And that Thai massage with stones was worth the wait. My back was so messed up, I could hardly breathe. Lek worked on my back for 1.5 hours, and now I can breathe. During the massage she always checked in on the pressure, she listened and addressed to my needs as the time went on. She is terrific and I can't wait to go back!!
