Great massage! The rooms aren't the most private, as they are separated from the hallway by a curtain, but that is more than made up for by the quality of massage. The masseuse knew what she was doing, asked me if I wanted her to focus on certain areas, and was really thorough not just in massaging, but stretching my limbs too for an all-around relaxing experience. This is the second or third time I received a massage from this location. The location has plenty of parking and the spa is clean with competent massage therapists. They give you a $5 discount if you pay cash and I received a 90-minute massage for $90 plus tip which I left $30. The rooms are fairly private in that they don't have a door but a heavy curtain that slides closed. My therapist was Tanya and she was fine except for deep tissue she was a bit on the light side. They don't have showers and the restroom also serves as a closet for their linens, etc. I would go back again but would probably ask for another masseuse since it could have been more therapeutic in delivery and she didn't spend enough time on my back and neck. It was fine, but I think I left a tip that far exceeded the overall value. I would recommend, but like any massage salon it is the masseuse that matters and her level of competence. It is clean it seems fairly busy, and there were people who seemed to be regulars so it seems to be a fairly established business. read more

Amaaaaazing massage. Very small, unassuming spot. Don't worry about that because the staff are 5-star phenomenal at what they do and so wonderful in their personalities. I got deep tissue and it was everything - massage, walking, stretching. I don't know how, but it seemed like it was so much longer than an hour, because they're that good. My mom got a light to medium pressure, and hers was just as good. She felt like it was one of the best massages of her life. We were so looking forward to getting a massage here and were very disappointed to walk in and find that they had cancelled our reservation. After a few calls back and forth yesterday to lock it in they said they tried to text us and called several times, leaving messages to reconfirm. They had called the correct number back yesterday, but today dialed the wrong number. Not apologetic at all, and no attempt was made to remedy the situation. And no mention yesterday of any reconfirmation needed. The exact opposite of the relaxing experience we were hoping to have. Best place ever. I have been to a lot of different massage places that usually become a favorite but then consistency in their massages eventually keep me from returning. This place however has been fairly consistent and is now my go to massage. I am a bit more on the athletic side so I do enjoy/prefer deep tissue massages that really dig into the muscles. So far I have been satisfied every time and will continue to come here. Mai used to be the best one here but due to health reasons she's no longer able to do massages. We had a great experience here. My hubs and I got the "combo" massage which was a little Thai (stretching/standing on back etc) with the more traditional Swedish/oil massage. His was a little more aggressive from the sounds of it but mine was seriously just right. No clue how to spell my therapists name - Sounded like Ka-tan?? We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and the inside was clean (including the bathroom) with a hard wood floor and dark curtains to separate the rooms from the hall. I would not hesitate to send someone here and for the price it can't be beat. read more

Since my 1st time here, I've been hooked. Even now that I live in DTLA I still find time to stop by when I am in the area. Consistency, consistency, consistency in quality. All for $49/hour (!), and they also run an early bird special on weekdays that brings it down even lower. Unheard of for the sort of quality massage you get - I've paid twice as much for now mediocre in comparison Thai massages I used to think were the BEST in San Francisco. Massage-wise, I feel that each and every time is slightly different but in a great way. You are supposed to request what type of massage you would like but I feel the majority of the time they don't ask and default to a nice 'combination' massage that involves a mix of techniques, and incorporation of oil/balm when it comes to tight areas. Also, depending on the day, I'll be on a mat, or a table, but they usually check to make sure I am ok with whichever choice it may be. Each woman I've had is great and again, as her own style (some walk on your back, some don't). Let her know what type of pressure you like and trust her to take care of the rest. I feel like a new woman every time I leave the place, and have even been known to, halfway through the massage, ask impromptu if she can extend to 90 minutes (good luck on doing that now that they are pretty booked regularly), due to the absolute bliss I feel at the moment. I have the tightest knots due to long drives and even longer hours behind a computer so this is a necessity at least every other week. I'd gladly trek here each time. read more

The rooms were clean and staff was super friendly... but my masseuse was extremely low pressure. While I did pay for the $65 medium Pressure versus the $75 deep tissue, $65 should still be some pressure and not a light rub. I've been to several massage parlors and this was by far the weakest. Not worth $65 plus $20 tip. My boyfriend said his masseuse was better.. so maybe it was just the person I had but I will not be coming back again. read more

The salon owners' response to my comment is predictable. They shouldn't have bothered with this answer. After they lied to me that there was only one camera in the cabin (and, as it turned out, there were two) and after they immediately stated in an aggressive manner that this could not happen, I didn't expect anything else from them. It is obvious that they do not value the reputation of their salon. My comment for clients. Be careful!!! The salon took advantage of the helplessness of the client, who was laying face down, stripped almost naked. The masseuse left the cabin three times without any explanation and only returned once with a hot towel. The question is why did she come out two more times? And one more note - I actually came and left with the same backpack. But there were two wallets in the backpack. One of them is with a card and small cash for paying for current services, and the second is with savings. You stole them. God is your judge. It is my duty to warn people who go to your salon and trust you with their body. Please be careful and vigilant!!! This salon doesn't wish you well! read more

I really needed a massage badly. I'm super picky when it comes to massages but I must say I was pretty satisfied after my hour massage with Mai. The place is clean and relaxing but I do have 2 small complaints. One is that Mai left the room a couple of times during the massage but I think that's because they were short staffed. A new injury brought me into this joint. Sciatica. Holy moly. Never felt pain like this before. I called and got an appointment within 3 hours. I believe her name was Nina. I was floating on clouds, when I walked out, so Her name might be incorrect...But...she was incredible. Professional and strong. She spent the entire hour working out an array of knots and tight hamstrings. It hurt like hell. However, when she was done, I was 80% better and could walk without limping for the first time in a month. Parking is good. Location is average. I thought the Thai massages in SF were good, but this was the best!! I wish I got the name of the woman who massaged me. She was amazing. I got a normal Thai massage --couldn't imagine getting deep tissue, because her hands were so strong. I thought I was going to break at some points, but it was great. I feel like a noodle now :) They give you loose pants to wear, but you're topless. I wasn't expecting that, but she made sure to keep me modest which I appreciated. Also, it's $49 for an hour which I find very reasonable. It's definitely not a spa experience; you can hear people outside and the occasional phone ring. However, it's an amazing value. Also, can't imagine you could fall asleep during a Thai massage anyways so I didn't mind the minimal background noise :) read more

We have been getting massage every week for the past 7 months with Mai and Rita, they take such a good care of us addressing all of our concerns. This is a real Thai massage experience we've been looking for since our honeymoon.
