Also, with all the places and spaces we put Mr. C through?? He did it all with a great attitude. You couldn't ask for more. His car was immaculate, has great air conditioning, and was comfortable. He has a microphone in it if you want to give a real tour and communicate. Also, he will let you link your music so you can bump whatever you like. There were 20 high school seniors and 4 chaperones and we were picked up on time in a clean, beautiful bus, with wonderful service. We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water! We used them again on our trip to the airport a few days later and same experience. Communication was perfect from inquiry about pricing to contracting and during the trip. ACTUALLY , the closed windows were great because of the air conditioning! The windows were plenty big enough to see everything and you didn't smell marijuana all day. . 2. We saw everything ! One of our stops , a couple ( from another country) was lost . He made contact with them , made sure they were ok BUT did not leave !! We started with everyone and returned with everyone ! 6. It didn't affect us BUT he was bilingual and very good at spanish with his other guests 7. Very important - Our driver/ tour guide was amazing ! His name was John G. Very knowledgeable about everything LA even the history . He knew something about everything . Plants , trees , buildings , where stars lived , gee wiz things, even things about the other guests states they were from . Everything !! Too much too list . He enjoyed his job . We did not have a vibrant bus but that didn't stop his overall enthusiasm and motivation . I hope everyone have him a tip. He earned every bit of it . Always felt safe , he had road detours , that didn't matter , he found a way around !! Our one time in LA after several trips so why not !! This company is top notch. We were in town for a RUSH concert at the Kia Forum. We initially thought we would Uber from the…read morehotel, but then saw a shuttle service posted at the hotel front desk. It was a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to the Forum. The bus was there ahead of time and letting everybody get on as they checked our tickets. The bus was clean and the driver was polite and helpful. As we got underway, the driver started telling jokes and playing RUSH music to get us ready for the concert. He told us multiple times where we would be picked up after the concert, and he was there and ready as we left the concert. The really bonus is we didn't have to wait for an Uber, not to mention you had to walk forever to get to a place where an Uber can pick up up after the concert. The drive back was just as fun, jokes, music and a great experience overall.

The place I go to get my China visas. It isn't cheap for visa services - I believe it is…read moreadditional $40 for regular China visa and additional $70 for rush service - BUT than again I don't have to drive out, find parking, wait in line, and waste a day at the China embassy for a visa so it probably worth it. I have never actually booked a tour or plane ticket through them so I can't comment on that but at least for the visa service they are pretty fast and knowledgeable about the process. Moreover, even though it is mainly a Chinese place, they speak pretty good English and will be able to walk you through the process in English. I would recommend using them if you want to avoid the day-long wait at the embassy.

I got a tour of Beijing and shanghai, and added Guangzhou (the ancestral home) and Hong Kong. The trip to Hong Kong was a three day extension and was the only part of the trip I was dissatisfied with. Day 1 was spent in the Guangzhou airport waiting for a late afternoon flight so I didn't arrive in my HK hotel until after 5 pm. The next day was fine with a half day tour of HK and the rest of my day to myself. The next day I was on a bus to the airport before 9:00 am. So that "3" day extension was a total waste of money.

For our first trip to Taiwan, it was hard to believe the places we went were actually "Taiwan". Sun-Moon Lake for example, felt like a high mountain lake in Europe. Parts of the Alishan Mountains felt like we were in one of California's coastal redwood parks. In sum, it was a fabulous tour. Our guide, Ansley, was respectful, knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. She really brought the stories to life and made everyone feel comfortable asking questions. The vintage funeral car was such a cool and fitting touch for the Manson Family Murders Tour (and the main reason why I booked the tour). About 80% of the experience was spent in the car, which was cozy and gave us plenty of time to soak in the history while listening to music from the era. Including Manson, The Beach Boys, and The Beatles, to name a few. We also made three stops along the way to get out, take photos, and see key locations up close. As a mortician, the experience carried an extra layer of meaning. I actually helped funeral direct the service for the LaBiancas' granddaughter (who had the same fate as her grandparents). So hearing and seeing this history firsthand felt deeply personal and surreal. If you're into true crime or Los Angeles history, this tour is an absolute must. Graveliners and Ansley made the experience both educational and unforgettable. We loved every minute!
