Such a cute place on a hot day. No inside seating, but there is plenty of shade here, plus tables…read moreand some lawn games for kids. We got the regular size ($5 each), which was plenty for a little snack. This is basically a cross between a snow cone and Italian ice. You pick your flavors (2 to start or you could add more for an extra fee). They have signature flavors and different recipes to try but we just got mango and cherry and it was really good. And nothing beats the melted slush you get to drink when you're at the bottom of the cup! Will Stop by again when we're in the area for sure.

Yep! There are 100 flavors to choose from. 4 basic sizes of cups. I chose the avalanche size. Wild Cherry/Banana. Your order includes 2 choices, after that there is a charge for additional choices. Brain freeze never felt so good! This place is neat and orderly. There are 4 picnic tables with sun-shades, a private parking lot that can hold about 8 vehicles. When you come to the window to order, there are two windows, the window to the left is the order/pay window. The window to the right is the pick-up window. After you place and pay for your order, wait to be called to pick it up. Also, listen for your flavor. You are not called by your name. Cash/Credit or debit are forms of payment. Samsung, Google, Apple Pay are accepted here The syrup used to flavor the SnoBall is not too. Sweet. There are gluten free options available. If you are in the area, try this place out! You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I had dinner at the iron whale and we were looking for a place close by to grab…read moredessert and Betty's had good reviews. Please note this place is vegan. I got the Thai iced tea flavor and my husband got cookies and cream. My husband thought the flavor was spot on but the consistency wasn't there for it being vegan. Unfortunately for my Thai iced tea the flavor and the consistency were off. I could see for someone who is vegan that this would hit that craving. But for someone who does eat dairy, it wasn't quite there. However, the location is convenient and you can walk the boardwalk afterwards. But it is quite pricey for two kids cups going for about $13.

So here's the thing -- my guy came here last year and would not shut up about the dragon fruit ice…read morecream. And this is a man who treats chocolate like a religion. Fruit ice cream? Once. One time in all the 24 years I've known him. But after that first visit, he was raving about this place like it had changed his worldview. I heard about that dragon fruit ice cream for an entire year -- how it was "creamy," "perfectly balanced," "a revelation." You'd think it cured his seasonal depression. Naturally, when we finally came back, expectations were sky-high. We grabbed a few samples and... immediate heartbreak. What we got wasn't ice cream -- it was ice with aspirations. Watery, flavorless, sad little scoops pretending to be something they're not. I've had melted popsicles with more personality. It was like the spirit of the original recipe had died and been replaced by the ghost of freezer burn. Even my chocolate-obsessed guy, who was ready to defend this place with his whole chest, just stood there, spoon in hand, looking betrayed. Maybe we caught an off day. Maybe the dragon fruit lost its magic. But right now, it's giving "fruit-flavored regret. Pass
