The bay side's answer to Postively 4th street. I would say not as much seating inside this spot. A few seats outside on the porch and a couple tables on the side. Wished they used reusable cups for cappuccino. Not much of a line or wait at 7:15am on a weekday in late August's. Assortment or other items to purchase. Nice decor.

Some of the best coffee on the island. The honey lavender iced latte I got was to-die for. The scones were also great, although there's a huge difference between the fresh scones and ones that have been sitting out for awhile. I came here twice in a week, and the warm scones fresh from the oven were just delightful. That being said, it was also the worst service I've experienced on the island--by far. I came here with my dad who is a very sociable person. Upon noticing that the man taking orders was miserable and treating all the customers rudely, he asked him if anything was wrong. The cashier/barista immediately went off, talking about how he was so sick of "everyone asking so many questions" and that he couldn't wait until he was done working, etc. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming, and made us not want to sit outside and enjoy the environment, but instead take our coffee and scones elsewhere.

Walked in and was immediately sized up by the owner. She was absolutely miserable. Not good for business. She had some refrigerated sandwiches on gorgeous looking bread. I grabbed the egg salad on olive bread. For $7.76 I received most likely a sandwich meant for yesterday slathered with unseasoned egg. Hopefully the coffee is better.

We arrived just after opening and found seating very easily. Between 9 and 10:30 the inside started really filling up with folks, so if you're an early riser, stop in early. The staff was so friendly. We were seated in the back on the first floor at what appeared to be an old sewing machine table. The inside was clean and had a country vibe. Menu wise they have a ton of coffee options. Flavored lattes out the yin-yang including their Boardwalk latte series that has shore inspired flavors. I had the Cuban - Cuban roast, muddled sugar and steamed milk. It was flipping delicious!!! The breakfast menu had choices for all palates. My wife had an omelet, my mother a stack of pancakes with strawberries and our friends raved about the pumpkin patch French toast and veggie omelet. I had two over-easy eggs with rye toasted and pork roll. I know my choice was a safe pick, but I was happy with the comfort of the basics! Everyone devoured their food and left happy and full. The prices weren't terrible and the portions were large. I can't say a bad thing about our visit to Jon & Patty's. Thanks guys!!

Even though I feel like juice is a silly breakfast, I agreed and we drove in to town. Inside, the place is spotless. I know it is new but they d a really good job of keeping the place clean. I have actually never seen it all that crowded and I wonder if it is the location or healthy nature of their fare that keeps people away. I got a vegan granola bar and "Kooler" cold pressed juice. Both were really good and the juice came in a jar that can be returned for a discount on a future purchase. The granola bar was different but tasty. It was very crumbly so don't expect to eat it while walking or driving. My girlfriend got a "Red" bowl that was big and seemed to be very filling. The food is somewhat pricey but you definitely get large portion sizes (of the food at least). Hopefully, I will return. I am torn on whether I like having these new, upscale businesses in Ocean City. I certainly like having an upscale small business right in the heart of town, but I have a feeling that bougie places like this are a sign that rising price are here to stay in OC. If you are a local, give this place a try! They also have great coffee.
