    Espresso Martini
    Chris K.

Looove this place. My friend invited to a ladies night out and we had no idea they were hosting a vision board bingo night. The girls behind the bar did amazing, considering it was a full house. I ordered an espresso martini to drink and didn't have a chance to try the food they have. I will definitely go back there to enjoy another drink and some food. The dome or of the place is super cute and I loved the hidden room they have. Such a fun night!

Went in for an after-dinner drink and got pulled into a full Star Wars takeover, complete with Han Solo frozen in carbonite on the door, a Mos Eisley Cantina bar setup, and Star Wars shows playing in the background. The theme changes every 3-4 months, so what you see now won't be there forever. Reservations are usually required and we got lucky thanks to a local host who knew someone. Worth planning ahead. Drinks come from the in-house "Cantina" and lean into the theme without feeling gimmicky. Food runs off the menu from the Wobbly Olive, the main bar hidden behind a door in the same spot, and it held up. The Outer Rim Provisions menu had solid options. The biggest surprise was the noise level. You'd expect a themed cocktail bar to be loud, but you could actually hold a conversation. Our server was on point, brought drinks fast, and even remembered the names of the people we were with. Go for a date night or anytime you want a low-key cocktail experience with serious attention to detail. Make a reservation. Peek into the Wobbly Olive on your way out.

The creativity that goes into each one of their themes that rotates quarterly-ish, is so impressive! They even had an old book for guests to sign that looked like it could've belonged in the Lord of the Ring movies. The drink I got was a spinoff of an old-fashioned, which I love, but it was really just an old-fashioned. I couldn't taste the difference, but it was a great old-fashioned! :-)

I wish I'd taken a picture of my meal, but I didn't think about it until I was halfway through - trust me, it was good. Where I went wrong was in the cocktail I ordered, and I blame that on not liking martinis and being in a martini bar. I didn't know what I was ordering - I just knew I didn't want a martini, or beer, and I wanted something different than wine. Being in a bar known for its speak easy and in the vibe of the prohibition-themed menu items, I figured why not try a Pimm's Cup. I still don't know what Pimm's No. 1 liqueur is, but I can tell you I DID NOT like the first sip. (I'm a mule fan!) After that, though, it was OK. My only real complaint is that they sat my husband and I against the wall at a two-top, except my seat backed up against the bar (with barely enough room to pull out the chair), so my seat was squished between the wall on my right, the bar behind me (that I felt like if I moved too much I was going to hit my head), and a barstool right next to me on the left...that had someone sitting in it which meant their booty was eye level. It was manageable but noticeably too tight of a fit. Since this location is in a shopping center and close to a movie theater, parking close by is plentiful. Granted, we dined on a Wednesday evening around 730p.

Surprisingly very good. Had a decent wine list. Seems to be a hot spot since it filled up quickly.read more

The space has the feel of a typical arcade bar, with plenty of arcade games and a good setup for hanging out with friends. However, the bar itself was pretty quiet during our visit, and one thing that surprised us was that every arcade game cost $1 per play. In my opinion, that felt a little expensive, especially if you're planning to spend much time gaming. We ended up leaving without ordering any food or drinks, so I can't speak to that side of the experience. From what we saw, it could be a fun place to spend an evening eating, drinking, and playing games, but it didn't quite win us over. It may be a better fit for others, but based on our visit, we decided to head elsewhere.

Don't get me wrong the food is good, but it is standard bar fare and pizza. The cost is reasonable as well but the food alone isn't going to draw me back. The entertainment is the highlight here. Being able to play games, pool, pinball, and have a drink is the real draw. The decent food and good drinks at a reasonable price is what will bring me back. The food came out quick, the staff was friendly. You can order on your phone through a QR code at the table or wait for a server to come with menus. Overall a great place to hang and get a bite if you are in the mood for the basics.

The door lady only accepts cash instead of helping the next person in line she sits there, waits, and gossips until they get cash out of the ATM which is why the line moves in incredibly slow. ATM fee is another $4 btw. Notably people were very upset that they have gotten rid of their military discount so that the military can't get in for free. So, it's really annoying to me the way that the entire time I was there the security just kept going in and out to the parking lot to smoke weed and take shots literally not 10 feet from the line literally rubbing it in our faces they were having a better time. Was annoying. Everyone who worked there Saturday had a it sucks to sucks attitude. The big thing for me is that I was under the impression that this was a country themed bar because that's obviously how it's marketed however, they just played trap music the entire time I was there. I swear on my life there was no country music. Also, they allow underage people in of course they mark them so they don't serve them alcohol but it's just not my scene as someone who is in their mid 20s. I don't want some 18 year old asking me to twerk on him while I wait ten years for a drink. Won't be returning.

As of recently the new hired DJ's decided to only play country swing and line dancing until 10PM every night. While this may sound nice to older people they should understand their audience and start playing more popular line dances and swing dances all night instead of subjecting it to only the older people who come out between certain times. If you want your dance floor empty until 10PM this is a great way to stop new comers from continuing to show up at your bar.

While we sat in the cocktail parlor, we also enjoyed the food from the neighboring Folklore Irish Pub. From the food to the drinks, these people know what they are doing. Drinks were nice and strong and the food was excellent. The cocktail parlor is very moody, dim lights, lighted bar menu (literally has lights inside, so cool), cozy seating and great music. Staff was very kind and welcome. They also have great recommendations. Upon entry we were greeted and seated quickly. We were also offered a welcome shot. Like what?!? That's amazing. I wish I remembered what all was it in but I know it included a brown sugar roasted carrot and vodka. There were a few more ingredients, which all blended together so well. Love that they have actual mocktail options. The Green Apple mocktail was excellent. It tasted like liquid green apple in all of the best ways. I love that when I asked the waiter about Mocktails, the bartender (that was behind the bar) shouted "do you like apple" lol I love when restaurants are intentional about making well made mocktail (not just juice with a garnish). Admittedly I took horrible photos but trust all of the food and drinks were delicious lol SEA SALT BAKED PRETZEL BITES - 5/5 pretzels have the perfect texture and just the right amount of salt. That honey mustard and cheese are amazing! THE BOY WHO WANTED MORE CHEESE - 5/5 The jammy onions really make this. Bread is perfectly toasted. It is the ultimate patty melt. The most delicious and perfectly crispy tater tots. THE OLD HEN - 5/5. I was so overwhelmed from my first bite. Legit the most delicious sandwich I've ever had. All of the elements paired so well together. The tomato jam, blue cheese Schmear were just excellent. Also, those potato wedges were chefs kiss. They had to be tossed in some kind of special oil and tossed with something just as tasty. Just get them. I don't know what else to say, just get it. Fish and chips - 4/5 huge serving. Served with a grilled lemon (a must) and homemade tartar sauce. Batter was flakey and beautifully seasoned. I had a long week at work and am not looking my best, but when I walked in, I was greeted immediately and sat. I often dine after work alone as it is easier than the rigamarole of coordinating a Friday meet up. Little did I know, the Mexican fusion restaurant next door provides the food, so kill 2 birds with one stone. I was given food recommendations and I went with the mole wings and esquites. Both were substantial in portions and flavorful. A little messy, but yum! For drinks, I chose the Army/Navy drink which consisted of gin with a nutty flair (pictured). My second drink was a NY Sour - whiskey sour with a red wine foam foam on top. Both were creative, but I def preferred the former. Lastly, the service was great. I was taken care of without being ignored or smothered as I was able to relax and eaves drop on all the other conversations happening. I highly recommend trying this place out! Queen's Tears = great nightcap!
