I recently visited Lauren at her office for the first time. I am a massage "newby" and was a little anxious, but my Primary Care Doc recommended I try massage because I was experiencing pains and nerve irritation due to overly tight muscles. My wife, who is a meditation and yoga teacher who (unlike me) has had a zillion massages and therapies over the years said she was among the best, and referred to her as a "true healer" I don't know what all that really means, but I know it was high praise because she has very high standards. I also know that "natural born healer" beats "therapist "......any day of the week Anyway, all I can say is; A) she helped me, and B) Her personality is so kind and so nice, that I immediately felt calm- despite being nervous. The one thing I walked away with was a feeling that she's very sincere, kind - and not just conducting business! Big props to her for a job very VERY well done. I'm definitely going back!!! read more

My focus is therapeutic deep tissue massage and Myofascial release to ease trigger points and correct muscle deficiencies. I also love to relax people with a deeply calming Swedish massage for a feeling of wholeness throughout the mind and body.

I opened my massage office in July 2021 to nurture people fully. I believe in table side manner, listening, patience and building relationships. Every detail of your session has been thoughtfully executed, so you emerge feeling happier and with less pain.

I opened my own office in 2021 to nurture people, build relationships in my community and find work/life balance to nurture myself. Since opening I’ve found more time to do things I enjoy with the people I love, in turn has lessened my cortisol levels, leaving my cup more full to help others. I love my career and want to continue to bring happiness to others for as long as I live. Taking care of myself physically, emotionally and spiritually has allowed me to better help those I care about, you! In my free time I ground myself by hiking, taking day trips within my state or reorganizing and designing my home to be a zen landing place. I strive to leave a positive imprint on you when you’re in my care, just as my mantra states. “Dandelions show us the power of small actions. Not unlike these feathery seedlings we can salt the earth serving others and leave lasting imprints on hearts known and unknown.”
