This was not just a massage -- this was actual healing work. She took the time to understand where my pain was, explained what she was doing (because I asked), and truly got in there and worked through the problem. The pain I came in with? Gone. If I had more time in CT, I would've gone back again just to continue the work and honestly get better sleep. She clearly knows the body and her craft. It's a private, by-appointment setup with a single table, and every second of it was worth it. From the comfortable setup to how she incorporated hot stones and intuitively read exactly what my body needed -- it felt intentional and effective.
