I recently visited Lauren at her office for the first time. I am a massage "newby" and was a…read morelittle anxious, but my Primary Care Doc recommended I try massage because I was experiencing pains and nerve irritation due to overly tight muscles. My wife, who is a meditation and yoga teacher who (unlike me) has had a zillion massages and therapies over the years said she was among the best, and referred to her as a "true healer" I don't know what all that really means, but I know it was high praise because she has very high standards. I also know that "natural born healer" beats "therapist "......any day of the week Anyway, all I can say is; A) she helped me, and B) Her personality is so kind and so nice, that I immediately felt calm- despite being nervous.
