LB Locks and Security goes the extra mile!!!!!!! Ozzy replies in an excellent timely fashion. He came out to fix the lock and it turned out the key worked to lock the back door! He drive out to find out that the key actually unlocked and locked! I really appreciate his time and assistance. And Ozz took the time to explain that it ought to be fixed by taking apart the lock in the future so the key won'd eventually get stuck or inability to unlock/lock the door. He said he'd be out first thing in the morning and did. In two hours he examined all the dubious locksets (about 5 of them, corrected two and replaced the rest without marking up Home Depot's price for the replacements, which he went out and bought within the two hour period. .
