I had just come home from a long road trip. We spent our entire trip hiking and getting all muddy so you can best believe that my car really needed some TLC when we came back. It was also my first time detailing the car ever since I bought it which was over four years ago so it was definitely due for a deep cleaning. Louise and Christopher arrived just on time and they got straight to work. The whole process took about 2 1/2 hours and once they were done my car was sparkling clean. The car look like it just came off the dealership lot. The price was very fair for the quality of work that they did and I was actually surprised when Louise let me know that this isn't even the full extent of the detail that they can do. I was thinking to myself how much cleaner can it get? Lol Overall I would definitely recommend them if you are interested in getting a detail for your car, they did a very good job. I took advantage of the promotion that they have going right now so I would get it done as soon as you can before the promotion ends. For my 4 door Toyota Corolla, I paid $150 +tip. Someone broke into my car through the window while I was at work. Very unfortunate and left me with a million shards of glass all over my car. I needed someone to detail my car ASAP as it was difficult to drive without getting pieces of small glass cutting into me all the time. I called LC premium and he was very nice and offered to come to my work place to clean my car for me while I was at work because my work schedule didn't fit his hours. I received two confirmation texts that seemed very professional. However, the day came and he didn't show up. I called him THREE times at least around the time and still no response. I didn't even get a call or text about the no-show. I called maybe 2 hrs later after my appointment time then I finally got a response and was told his car broke down. I could understand that, but it would've been nice to be told this ahead of time or even before me having to call several times to follow up. I had already scheduled my breaks to line up with the time he would show up at my work parking lot. Then he told me he could come the next day. Again no show. Finally, two days later he calls me and says he's outside my work. He told me he meant to schedule it that day but I'm pretty sure that was not communicated correctly to me. Honestly the cleaning job wasn't bad but the organization ended up being extremely unprofessional and I also found that my car gear stick handle was scratched. I'm not sure how but I'm assuming vacuuming or moving the glass caused it to scratch the leather. Anyways, it was worth the price I suppose, he's cheaper than what a car "detail" would be but you get what you pay for. Maybe it's not really for glass cleaning. read more

Arranged to have this service come to my apartment to wash both of our vehicles. I did not request any special services, just basic car wash inside and out and armor all on the tires. The only reason it wasn't a 5-star rating was a miscommunication about the appointment time. They had originally said 12pm, then it was scheduled for 10am (because I requested to have 2 cars done) which I clarified back to them and they didn't show up until after 11am. Once they were there, it took about 2 1/2 hours to do both cars. They were very friendly and did a great job. They were able to do the work in the alley because they use their own water and supplies. Both cars looked good. No complaints on the quality of the work. The prices are high but lower by far than two other competitors that I requested quotes from. You are definitely paying for convenience. The regular car was $45 and the SUV was $55. They take payment through Zelle or Venmo. Very easy and convenient! read more
